Excellent and Informative Consultation
I had a video consultation regarding my initial weight-loss consultation and was really impressed with the experience. The information was very clear, informative, and well presented, and everything was explained in an easy-to-understand way. I felt listened to and well informed throughout the consultation. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend the service.

Réponse de Peak Pharmacy
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We’re sorry for any confusion caused by the product image. We appreciate that seeing Ibucalm packaging in the image could give the impression that this is the specific branded product being purchased.
The product is listed as "Ibuprofen Tablets", which is a generic medicine. Generic medicines contain the same active ingredient and strength as the corresponding branded medicine. We supply whichever suitable generic product we have in stock at the time, which can sometimes be Ibucalm or another generic brand.
We do make this clear on the product page in two different locations (under the image and in the product description), including the notice: “This is a generic medicine. Packaging, brands and flavours may vary to those displayed. Images are for illustrative purposes only.”
We understand that this may not have been what you expected, but the product supplied was the generic ibuprofen stated on the product listing.
If you need any further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team. https://www.peakpharmacy.co.uk/contact | 01246 450425 (Option 1)
