Peak pharmacy for value and service
I shop at Peak pharmacy because it always offers value and choice. On this occasion, some of my product leaked so it’s a good idea to check the lids on properly before you post out your orders. It won’t stop me ordering from you again. I think you offer a great service at the right price.

Réponse de Peak Pharmacy
Hello,
Thank you for leaving us a review.
Thank you for your continued custom and for your kind words about our value, choice and service. We really appreciate you choosing Peak Pharmacy, and we’re especially pleased to hear that, despite the issue with your order, you still intend to use us again.
We’re sorry to hear that some of your product leaked during delivery. We’ve spoken with our team to reinforce our packing protocols for liquids and bottles. Our staff are usually very careful to check these before orders leave us, so it’s possible that the lid may have loosened during transit with Royal Mail.
As a gesture of goodwill, we’ve sent you a discount code to use on your next order. We hope this goes some way towards making up for the inconvenience.
Thank you again for your continued support. If you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team, who will be happy to help.
Kind Regards
