Pearlism Avis 

I ordered over $200 of pearl jewelry. They shipped it and according to tracking it was marked delivered. I never received it. I reached out to both pearls and TikTok and received no help. All they could say was it was delivered according to logistics. I asked if they had put insurance on the product in case something like this happened and they did not reply. I don’t think it’s fair that I paid over $200 for jewelry that I did not receive I have asked neighbors and everyone that lives here with me to see if they picked up the package and no they have not. I have to admit that I did not have a ring doorbell for footage, but I did buy one after the fact that I did not receive this package, but they are still refusing to help the situation to remedy it. I don’t know if the items were ever really shipped or if they just made a shipping label and shipped it out I don’t know but it is unacceptable that they don’t have insurance on these high value jewelry products I have spent well over $500 on orders to them, but they still don’t want to resolve the issue. I did request a refund, but I’m also willing to accept replacements. they denied me the refund and TikTok did too. I’m just making this post or review so people are aware and hopefully the situation doesn’t happen to them.

They charged me twice today for shipping . One time for opening clam and the second one for customization for the same pearl. This is a jock. Its my first and last time i will do an order with them through TikTok live.

As a loyal customer from the start of the business, I have made multiple purchases of pearls and customized jewelry. Products have been consistently good quality. When there was a small problem, the company made corrections quickly and professionally. They have provided good fun and entertainment. The hosts are knowledgeable, and willing to find answers when needed. Pearlism is now a part of my daily routine! My overall experience has been excellent from ordering to the arrival of my lovely pearls.

I would of never thought I would be this much into pearls! I'm so happy and satisfied with my purchases they are one of kind. I was so excited for my first order when it arrived.
