Pearlwax Avis 

I have not received my parcel and it has been 3 weeks, No one has responded to my email asking for an update of the delivery or at least a refund!

I paid 10 for delivery and it’s still not here

My order is not arrived

I have been waiting for my order for two weeks now with no sign of it arriving. Tried contacting the support email twice to no response.

Arrived quite a bit later than expected (a week late)

Fab product ,reasonably priced ,prompt delivery

Really nice package. Everything was buoyed expectation. The quality of the heater and the wax are amazing. No more Salon.

Arrived with a European plug despite the website having a .co.uk ending to the address. No pictures or obvious information stating it want the right plug for the uk. It’s a 110v appliance and I’m now trying to find a volt converter adaptor just to use it. I’d have been better off getting a mylee from Amazon at a cheaper price!

The parcel took 10 days or more to arrive. I still havnt received it

As I wanted to practise waxing eyebrows.
I had ordered the Pearlwax starter kit, which looks so clean & smart , love the products. However I used it once and since the machine won’t turn back on it’s still in perfect condition I have all the parts that came with it I only used it for a hour or so, please could you help ?

Brilliant piece of kit which I purchased during lockdown when the salons were closed. I’ve continued to do my own waxing ever since. The products are dispatched quickly and are good value and you get good notifications . The wax smells good too. Just ordered another multi pack of wax.

I have been using pearl wax for a long time. I ordered their new wax machine. Its a shame it not 3 pin plug suited for the UK its 2 pin and it not stated on the site otherwise i wouldn't have purchased it.
Ideally i have emailed customer service hopefully they can provide a swap out.

Editing this review i gave 4 star earlier just change to 5. The customer service made me change this amazing. They got back to me so quick and are sending out an adapter for me to use for my new machine.
Other than that the wax quality is 100% on point as well as their customer service is very good.

I'm highly disappointed with my order. The wax heater looks cheap and tacky and smells really odd. The beads also have a funny smell to them while being heated, almost rubbery and a dirty smell.

The pearl wax printed on the heater isn't professionally done as it looks so messy and the heater just looks like it's been stuck together all miss matched.

As a first time customer I'm very disappointed. I did my research and wanted to try pearlwax.

Ordered and received but poor quality wax heater and the wax was awful followed instructions to the letter then my boyfriend tried and he was horrified he is good at turning his hand to anything wax never stayed at right temperature and wax beads not good quality invested in top quality wax and a better heater and amazing ...pearl wax kit went straight in bin with beads and total waste of money ...I would not even give to my worst enemy 😒

Delivery late due to custom- happens. The only one small thing- it doesn’t work!! Not even a single hair removed and I just waisted time and money. So disappointed and can’t understand how can they get so many good comments?!

Absolutely wonderful. If you enjoy inflicting pain on yourself with no outcome whatsoever. If there’s nothing more you love than ripping a layer of skin off of yourself then look no further than pearlwax. Imagine my dismay when I put this upon my little armpits, thinking yeah this won’t be that painful. Half a bag of Icelands own brand frozen smoothie mix later and here we are. Oh it was painful. So painful in fact that I’m now sat here contemplating my life choices of whether I want to just go all natural and grow my body hair -since pearlwax only removed 3 hairs in what felt like a session of torture. So if like me, you think one day oh let’s have a little dabble in the old self waxing. Don’t bother. Trust me, do not bother. Stick to a razor blade. Or failing that, stay hairy. Good day. And YES it was YOUR wax

I ordered products, 2 weeks later they still haven’t arrived and I’ve tried to contact customer service twice with no resolve, I’ve asked for a refund also and still not received one.

I have received no order confirmation although my money has been taken from my bank
Nobody on the customer service chat replies at all and I have also emailed asking for a order update with no response

The company are good, products delivered on time. However the wax is terrible. It was incredibly painful to use and barely pulled any hairs away

This is ace! Ordered Sunday and it arrived Friday (Bank Holiday also in between). I ordered the starter kit and a few extra bits, packaged well. Plug adapter included. Easy to use. Wax smells gorgeous. Doesn't really hurt either. 1 bag did bikini, nostrils and under arms. First time waxer and it couldn't have been easier. I will be purchasing more products and will not be going back to shaving!
