I had a great experience obtaining a pass for Ambassador Lounge T2. I had a poor experience obtaining a discounted eSim through Singtel. The link email sent to me did not work, even after I tried it 5 or 6 times. So, I never was able to use the eSim in Singapore because I couldn't not access it through the link.
