Pembertons did a great job servicing our Boiler and also fitted new shower fittings. I would highly recommend them.

Very knowledgeable, and did a good job the first time but unfortunately have tried twice for him to return and fix or service our boiler but had absolutely no response on both occasions so had to look at an alternative company. I suppose this is a result of him being very good but a reply to my request even if it was to say too busy would have been great.

Needed a new plumber,heating/engineer for a rental house in Wigan to fit a new boiler. Did my reaserch and having read the reviews called Craig at Pemberton Plumbing Heating & Electrical Services Ltd. Best thing I ever did. Because I was going away he came and fitted within 2 working days no fuss, friendy, chatty kept to the reasonable quote (no extras) 'great ' 11out of 10. He went the extra mile after the instalation spending a good half hour with my tenant explaining how progame the boiler, room remote stat, radiator TRV valves to get the best economy out the system to keep the gas bills to a minimum. Definately use him again.

Craig is a very down to earth plumber. Craig is a very polite & curteous, he even wiped his shoes on entering! He is very skilled at his job. He offers good advice too. He is reliable and I am very confident in his work. Some workmen are not polite and helpful & let you down, not Craig. He makes every effort to sort your issue out no matter what time. He does what he says! It’s refreshing to have a decent plumber, I’ll certainly add him to my contacts 🤣
