Broken roof water Channels

Had my roof cleaned and sprayed last year. Organised for a different roof company to replace the wooden side roof with UPVC and when they came to measure up they said we’re not going up on that roof as you have loads of broken water Channels. Contacted Dane who said he would fix them and I’m still waiting. He has fobbed me off with the van is not working and one of the guys isn’t well and the other doesn’t drive. So much for the message we’ve got the tiles there, it won’t take long to do. Now ignoring all communication and I’m left stressed thinking it’s coming into rainy season then winter. Hopefully don’t need a whole new roof. Don’t know what to do now. Please do not use this company. They will take your money, do a job, then ignore you. Who can go on a roof and check the work. You just assume everything is fine. I have all communication for proof.

Zero after sales and work service!

Had our roof cleaned and new dry verging installed.
The initial service was impressive but after they get your money they totally ignore you!!!
They do their utmost to do as much to your roof and exteriors as they can and even assist by giving incentives by taking cash instead of using cards.
I unfortunately recommended them to several other neighbours ( all pensioners) and the same happened to them! Problems that were highlighted and totally ignored by the company.
We are now considering group litigation through the building standards forum and also possibly Section 75 through our Banks.
They talk the talk but that’s all it is I’m afraid.
Several times they said they would return but , promised in fact, but did not turn up and had excuses galore.
You’ve been warned!

Wavetech were superb in every way

Wavetech were superb in every way when working on my house in St Andrews
Work was completed to the highest standard on roof, walls and also patio.
I am absolutely delighted with how the house now looks,
Dane is a tremendous professional who really knows what he is doing .No detail is too much trouble,
His colleague Charlie is also a perfectionist and they are a great team
The cleaning up afterwards was immaculate
They are great guys to have around the house
Huge thanks to you both.
I can 100% recommend Wavetech - you are in the hands of the experts
