Thank you for your review Lisa.
I am sorry to hear the garment shrinks after washing. As a branding and embroidery business, we do not manufacter the garments ourselves, but we do rely on our suppliers to provide quality items that hold up to daily wear.
We always recommend following the specific wash care labels inside the garments.
We also apologise for the defect in your first order; once you contacted us, we replaced it and posted a new one.
We are delighted you were happy with the service regarding this issue.
