Very high delivery cost, 22.50 euros to Greece. I put the order 12/28/2018, I received the parcel 1/9/2019. Ι believe this partially due to the christmas hollidays, but all this time I had not idea when the parcel would arrive. So I don't Know if I had paid so much money for express delivery.
The package was excellent and the condition of the order too.

We do our best to negociate the costs with DHL as good as possible to make our clients pay as less as possible and i hope that in the future we will be able to reduce this. I checked if you received an e-mail with a track and trace code and saw that we did send it but that the link was not working as it should. I appologize for this inconvenience and i will make that such thing will not happen again.

Great Purchase
1st shopping on this site and I was not disappointed. I am a fan of Arche shoes and this site has a wide selection, prices are also good. Shipping fees to the States is $$$ but still the total price was cheaper than buying this brand in the USA. I will only suggest to anyone, know your European size because returning will cost you some money. I received the shoes in 4 days after my transaction...... I would totally recommend and give them a Gold 5 star.

I am very impressed
I am very impressed. I ordered two pairs of shoes - I live in the US and asked for them to be delivered to Poland. The shoes arrived much sooner than I expected.
Penninkhoffashion also answered my email in a timely manner, which made me feel much more comfortable with the purchase.
I will definitely use them again.

I saw an Annette Gortz scarf online and was unsure if it was the right one to match my outfit so I called them (in Holland ) and spoke to a very helpful lady. She took the time to search the outfit I had ,to see if it matched. She said it was a perfect match so I bought it, It arrived and it was perfect..really happy !

I should probably give them 5 stars except the item I purchased did not have US sizing -- and neither did the sizing helper online. I bought a 42 which I thought would be an 8 US but it turned out to be a 14 US. As the shipping is so expensive I am not returning it but have donated to a nice charity.
Delivery was very prompt, price great, but I would recommend US sizing help on those items which don't have it.
