Over the Christmas holiday, we spent 12 fabulous days in Oxford! Not only did we love the three-bedroom flat we leased, but it was also a joy to work with Penny & Sinclair, who provided excellent customer service and managed the booking with expertise. Some management companies find dealing with actual customers a hassle, but everyone at Penny & Sinclair always responded to me in a helpful and friendly manner! I would definitely let a short-term flat through them in the future. In fact, my family and I are already discussing a return to Oxford in 2025, and undoubtedly, we would choose the same flat again!
