Our initial consultation was with Ross Taylor, who was very helpful, explaining the process and answering all our queries. Our second consultation was with Kirk Yeoman's who gave us an updated quote due to changes in circumstances, again being very helpful. We were guided throughout the process, including help where we needed it, and received regular updates until it's conclusion, from Amber, Chloe, Katie and Harriet - thank you all.

I engaged with a number of well known established annuity companies who all guaranteed the highest annuity rate and also some lesser known companies. Pence were by far the easiest to deal with, Russell gave excellent advice during the quote process and thanks to him I got the best quote of all the companies I was dealing with, which I am delighted with. Once the quote was accepted Amber kept me informed on a weekly basis right up to receiving my first annuity payment. To sum Pence up they got me the best deal and gave me a great service in every step of the process and a big thank you to Russell and Amber.

I had been pondering on what to do with my small Sipp pension pot and a small works pension for a while, after contacting a few advisors I opted for Pense and I am so glad I did. The advice and service I received was excellent. From the initial appointment meetings through to the advice meetings and the ongoing communications flow throughout everything was top notch. All questions were answered clearly and options were explained simply. No hard sell anywhere along the line. Perfect. From my initial contact with Pense I was pleased with their handling and clarity. Thoroughly professional and attention to detail faultess. My contact, Harriet Lyall, was very much hands-on and answered any queries I had promptly and clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone lost in the mire of Pensions.

The first adviser firm I started to engaged with was pushy to the extreme and with high fee tag to go with it. So thank you Pense for restoring my faith in IFA's. The communications from them were few, but gave updates on the progress of my Annuity at each stage. Their fee was fixed for this service and was very competitive.

Pense did very little for me … but what they did do was excellent, and that’s the point. The best option for me, in my unusual circumstances, was not to purchase any financial product and Pense told me that in plain terms. So, Pense made nothing out of me but I got very good advice. If I need further pension advice, I shall surely turn to Pense.

What a relief to deal with Pense. I didn't realise the nature of questions one is asked when taking advice on pensions and my first experience from a large company was dreadful; aggressive,rude and no concept of service. James at Pense did a super job and brought a balance of humanity and professionalism. Once I decided to proceed, the administration team of Heather and Chloe and manager Harriett were again very personable and professional, both essential qualities. It is very rare for me to give 5 stars for anything, but in this instance totally deserved. I wish more providers were like Pense.
