I'm hoping that my adviser was as good she appeared at our first meeting. She came to my home at a mutually convenient time and spent an hour collating information. She has gone away to contact all providers and was extremely helpful and I feel very optimistic for the outcome.

Hi again Elaine, we are a little confused about your review - can you reconsider your rating based on the feedback from the adviser you spoke to on the day you submitted your request (redacted for privacy):
"Gents I spoke to her the day I got the lead.....
It was a query re her .... pension about retiring ........ and I said that whether the scheme would impose reduction factors if she retired ...... would be dependant on what was decided at her review meeting which is due shortly. She thanked me for my call so I am a little confused as to why she would say this. If I can help in any other way please let me know"

Hi Walter,
We've checked with the partner and they rang the same day and left a voicemail. Please respond to us by email if you didnt get the vm - sometimes there can be typos in the phone numbers people leave that lead to non contact.
