This CRM has the same features like other CRM +/- couple of features here and there. Where it wins is in terms of customer support and client understanding. Can rely on them for providing one to one support and taking your feedback seriously. As SME, we value regular support more than the features.

Our team was spending quite a bit of time checking where different leads were and making sure the right follow-ups were done. With enquiries coming through the website and conversations happening
over email, it was not always easy to keep everything in one place.

Since we started using Pepper Cloud AI CRM, this has become much easier. Website enquiries come directly into the system, and we can add tags to keep
leads organised. My team also finds the email integration really useful because
we can manage our communication without switching between different tools. The workflow automation helps with regular follow-ups as well, so there is less
manual work for the team.

For me, it has been a worthwhile investment because it saves the team time and

Pepper Cloud is an easy to use AI CRM

WeChat etc. etc. A decent investment for an SME as this CRM has many new age AI
features. Support is also very good, which is a great comfort in a world where

We adopted Pepper Cloud AI CRM a while back mainly because we kept losing track of customer inquiries — messages coming in from WhatsApp, Facebook and different channels and nobody was quite sure who was following up on what. That's genuinely fixed now, which was the main thing I cared about. Honestly, the best part has just been having one place where everyone can see the same info instead of five different spreadsheets and chat threads. We also send our WhatsApp broadcasts through CRM, which has worked well for us.
We've started using some of the AI and workflow automation features too — still figuring out how to use them fully, but the parts we've set up have cut down on repetitive manual work.
