DO NOT BUY , nothing like our dog it’s a CON arrived damaged and not even the same colour as our dog . Requesting refund let’s see if they reply… Absolutely gutted and very annoyed and upset

Ordered a custom dog figure of a beloved pet that has recently past. The website asks you for pictures your pet to make a like-for-like replica however what I received looked NOTHING like the pictures I provided. The colours are all off and the breed isn't even the same. Took 6 weeks to come too. Honestly so disappointed! Contacted for a refund.

It was nothing like my dog or the picture I sent so waste of time sending a picture as they just send what they have in stock not a happy customer

I finally received my custom engraved pet magnet today after waiting nearly five weeks and I have to say I feel sorely disappointed with the result.
It does not resemble the photo I sent at all.
I feel they have used a generic model and painted it to resemble the colours.
I have requested a full refund but after reading the other reviews on here doubt I will receive it.
Complete waste of time and money, do NOT consider using them.

I wouldn’t even give them a one star. Order never came and despite all of the messages sent they would not take responsibility or give me a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I should have done my research before buying this sham company! READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING!!! The marketing and all that is very "cute" but in reality this product is worthless. It took more than a month to arrive my product and when it arrived, it was damaged and incomplete (i have photos) I email they fake customer service only to say that they can refund only 10% of the value.I wasted £20 on nothing. I said I want a new one which is what I paid for it, and they replied a copy and paste from the previous email then sent me. This company advertise themselves as "UK" but I'm convinced this sham product is from China. More than a month late, no customer service, no refund, damaged product. AVOID THIS SHAM!

Would give this company a minus score if possible.
They play on the heartstrings of pet owners and fail to deliver.

The magnet I received looks nothing like the quality they advertise and also nothing like the dog!

It took almost 7-8 weeks to arrive.

An absolute joke of a company and now they’ve gone quiet on me with the refund.

Avoid this company , 1 star us to much for them bogus company paid Wonder Paws for a car cover for my dog, then Pepper Paradise? Same company i believe informed me it would take a few weeks to arrive, I was sent proof of delivery of a random parcel been delivered, I still do not have my parcel that I ordered, I have spoken with my bank who have temporarily paid my money back, I have since been told from Sarah Pepper Paradise that i need to contact the delivery company, am sorry that's your job am afraid and proof of delivery is a signature not a random photo, this is a bogus company avoid..

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
Saw the ad on Facebook and fell for it. I thought it would be a great gift having just lost my dog of 15 years. Sent all the pictures as requested. Took several weeks to arrive. Looked nothing like my dog. Contacted this bunch of clowns for a refund. After offering me a 10% refund I continued to press for a full refund. 10% became 20%, then 30%, then finally 50%. At this point they tried the hard sell. Telling me I would have to pay the postage back to them + customs charges and if it got lost then they would refund nothing.
Customs charges on a company claiming to be in the UK. An obvious threat to say they would deny ever receiving it back.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Only 1 star as I can’t put minus 10.

Con artists. After a month a £12 cat toy snake arrived without £30 water fountain. But invoiced for both. No answer from Customer service so used PayPal. Then they decided product out of stock in china. German company passing orders to china.
Stay away.

I sent a photo of our deceased American bulldog and they sent me a greyhound. Couldn’t look less like my dog. Customer service don’t care, this is absolutely not a customisable/personalised product. Horrendous company- took 6 weeks to arrive too

Order was confirmed on the 6th October but only delivered today, 11/11/24. I wish I had saved my money. Uses Generic models and are badly painted. The 2 I bought look nothing like my pets.

The likeness of my cat looks like a startled cartoon character and my Jack chi looks like a wolf. Markings on the definitely not hand crafted mass produced models are nothing like those of my dog or cat. My cat is a black cat, not a lot to go wrong you would think. They did however pick the base model that is the most unlike my cat to start with and then carried on with the cartoon painting.

The dog model used was also the wrong breed all together. Colours were wrong and there was no skill used in copying the markings at all. very generic.

I also got one for my dad of his dog. I haven't taken it out the bubble pack but it also looks to be the wrong colour, although the breed looks like it may be right.

I would definitely avoid getting anything here again, especially if you want something as a memorial as this will just leave you upset and out of pocket.

Awful company. Ordered a magnet 21st September, it's now beginning of November and just keep getting fobbed off saying it's in transit...will not entertain a refund so now I am going to look into sueing them for non receipt of goods and not fit for purpose. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

An absolute joke of a company. Ordered 2 allegedly lifelike fridge magnets of pet cat, and recently deceased dog for my daughter. Waited over a month with no delivery after receiving confirmation email to say items had been shipped. Complained, and got more emails saying they are sorry and items were in transit after asking for a refund. To cut a long story short, received one item ordered and confirmation emails stating both had been delivered. I am currently in process of dispute to get refund for item not delivered. Stay well clear of this company, absolute scam!

I wish I'd read the reviews first... Awful service, ages to arrive and the model was nothing like my dog, wrong colour, wrong ears and to cap it all - 2 eyes when my pup only has one!
I'm emailing a robot now, who seems to have the emails lined up, 10% then 20% etc

Customised portrait magnet for £20.

I suggest you buy a cheap plaster fridge magnet that is roughly the shape of your pet for £3, hand a toddler a paint brush and some watercolours, and lerrum rip!

These are not customised, take forever to arrive, and I think everyone will feel ripped off.

How disgraceful! A pet memorial order - which is a sensitive matter to most - the company asks for 10 different photographs of your pet and tells you it will be ‘handcrafted’ by their team and dispatched within 2-3 weeks. Adverts on Facebook & Instagram and ‘great’ reviews… send you a generic’s cat face model that is made by a 5 year old. Take all your money and will not refund you!!!!

Looked nothing like our dog and leg fell off when unwrapped it.

I ordered one of my cat to see what it was like and it was a completely random cat they sent me! They didn’t even try to get the details correct. Their website states you can have a refund within 14 days but Sarah just palms you off, first she wanted a video, then offered 10% off to keep the magnet, then 20% and each time I asked for full refund and to send it back because it is a useless piece of junk to me. Don’t even bother!
