If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order almost a month ago. After 9 days of no contact from the company, other than the original order confirmation, I was advised to wait for it and it would be with me soon. After 2 weeks I was told the parcel was lost and they would resend the item. It has still not arrived. I was told they couldn’t track the parcel and all issues lay with Royal Mail. I advised that I’ve had several other parcels arrive through Royal Mail without delay. I have asked for a refund several times but their customer service team will not respond to me. Total scam!

Website has no way to edit or cancel subscription. You have to email customer services. I’ve emailed them 3 times over past week and no response. Will likely be charged for a subscription I don’t want now

As we are new to the UK market, we are currently working on developing a self-service portal to make managing subscriptions, including editing or cancelling them, much easier.
In the meantime, you can reach our customer service team by phone, where our waiting time is currently up to one minute, or by email, which we aim to respond to within 48 hours.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to look into your specific case here as I cannot identify your account from this review. However, please give us a call, and we’ll be happy to look into everything and help you resolve this as quickly as possible.
If we find that your email was left unanswered and a payment was processed as a result of an error on our side, I would, of course, be more than happy to arrange a refund right away.

BEWARE PENDING PAYMENTS
I have subscribed to Oslo Skin Labs for several months and recently was offered a deal to change to buying Collagen Sachets every 8, instead of every 4 weeks, saving myself more money in my subscription.
I completed the details on line on the condition that the new (more expensive) subscription would not be taken from my account until it becomes due but on checking my bank account it shows that my payment is currently pending to be taken from my account.
I rang Oslo Skin Labs and was told by Maja this payment wouldn’t actually leave my account but my bank said that a pending payment usually leaves your account within that working day.
So, I called Oslo Skin Labs again, spoke to the same representative (Maja) and asked her to completely cancel my subscription.
Even after she said she had done this for me upon checking with my bank the payment is still showing as pending.
I just wanted to warn other subscribers about this. My bank said a ‘pending payment’ is exactly that! A payment waiting to leave my account and I’m afraid I find this both worrying and unacceptable.
I would like to add that having taken this product for several months I have noticed absolutely no improvement in my skin either.

I’ve looked into our system and can confirm that your subscription has been cancelled. I’m also unable to see any payment or completed charge on our side, so the pending payment should have been released by now.
If the payment is still showing as pending in your bank account, could you please send us a screenshot showing the transaction and its current status? This would help us investigate the matter further. If necessary, we can also contact our accounting team to look into this and help resolve the issue for you.
We certainly don’t want you to be left worrying about a payment, and we’d be happy to look into this further if you’re still experiencing any issues.

Be very wary of this brand. I bought into it as I liked the sound of it and thought with Kate Winslett as the cover woman it would be trustworthy. I’ve tried to cancel my subscription but there’s no way to do so online. I emailed them asking to cancel and they say they need to speak to me, which I don’t have time for. It’s a scam, they’re deliberately trying to make it near impossible to cancel or pause the subscription

Noticeable results in just three months, will be making sacrifices elsewhere to ensure a constant supply of their beauty collagen. Refreshing too that you can contact them direct and speak to one of their customer advisors - such a gentle and pleasant experience. Real people like, Maya and not a faceless subscription makes all the difference!

Not The Solution
I have been using The Solution for 4 months and can honestly say I have seen absolutely no benefit whatsoever so ever.
Whats even more disappointing is that I purchased it having read a recommendation by a nutritionist I follow and trust.

I’m a big fan of this product - I’ve taken it consistently since December ‘25 following an influencer recommendation (@donnabartoli) and do think it has helped reduce the lines around my eyes and prevent them from getting worse. My experience with their customer…
My experience with their customer service has been excellent. I rang, they were busy so there’s an option for someone to call you back so you don’t have to wait, I selected that and someone rang back within a minute. They offered me a free sample with my next shipment and made the changes I requested to my order (I wanted to postpone it due to travelling). I’ve only been taking the product for 3 weeks so can’t comment on the results, but it’s a collagen so I know what to expect. I think where people are complaining, it may be that their expectations are completely unrealistic. Collagen is not going to be a facelift! Changes will only ever be very subtle but it’s not just about what you see on the outside, collagen is important for so many tissues in the body, your cartilage, helps if you have aches and pains due to ageing or menopause and lots of other benefits. For me, it’s simply a maintenance program and I don’t see why it wouldn’t deliver, we know the supplement works if you take it long term.
