SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Luckily I checked Trustpilot reviews at the last moment before making the payment. Searching in google makes you confused with legit site perfectholidays.com.

Please leave a review so other users wont get scammed.

Very suspicious - SCAM

Very suspicious — I nearly fell for it

I did not end up booking or paying, but my experience with Perfect Holidays UK felt extremely suspicious.

The process raised several red flags, and I became concerned that this may not be a legitimate or trustworthy company. Because of that, I decided not to continue.

I would strongly advise others to be very careful before sharing personal details, making payment, or relying on any offers from this company. Please check independent reviews, verify details directly with airlines or hotels, and use a protected payment method only if you are completely confident.

Based on what I saw, I would avoid this company.

Bank Fraud by Perfectholidaysuk

On 10th April 2026 I started conversation with a travel agent with an aim to travel. The travel agent details are as follows:

Zain Alvi
Senior Travel Agent
Travel Services
020 3026 1323, 07474794722, 07482795036

Soon after conversation started through WhatsApp, he gave me few option to chose from.

He called me to take payments over the phone using my bank card authorisation. So he asked me "confirm" payments at my banking app.

Once he received the payment, he told me, that the ticket prices have gone up and he couldnt found the same itinerary which was originally discussed. Hence, he asked me if he can upgrade my ticket to premium class with an extra amount. To do this, he asked me that shortly I will receive "verification" on my banking App of Revolut.

This is where I started thinking it could be a scam. I promptly gone back to him saying, "Sorry I do not understand this part and I never had this sort of verification procedure before". He told me that no money will be deducted from bank as this is for verification purposes only, where airlines do not clear the payment and issue the invoice/E-Tickets untill this step is done. At this stage, I also received an email confirmation of tickets booking from airlines portal, which made me think its genuine case. Therefore, unknowingly I "confirmed" third payment, for verification at my banking app to support my initial payments.

Following this step, he continuously applied pressure to me and demanded to verify another (4th payment) as the third verification was not completed and classed as "unauthorised" from merchant's end.

On the next day on 14th April 2026, he called me and demanded another "verification" to continue with booking that was made. He remained on the phone for an hour and repeatedly demanded the verification.

Unfortunately, I was forced to "confirm" the another so called verification as I was thinking my reservation would not be completed if I dont proceed. Should there be any issue with the merchant would clear all payments and I would receive the refunds of access amounts.

When I confirmed the verification, he said, we are refunding all amount to you but its not letting us do it as verification process has not been completed. At this stage I realised that something is not right when he was asking more and more verifications.

When I realised this, I asked him to stop and refund everything as I do not want to book tickets any more. He agreed to refund, but said, I still have to verify the payment on my banking app to receive full refund.

I have also consulted this matter in detail with the bank support line. They advised me to contact police ASAP.

Bank confirmed that refunds do not need any confirmation or verification, but refunds can be processed directly to the account associated with the card.

Summary is, I have lost approximately £4k for the tickets which were never confirmed.

Please be aware with Zain Alvi, Sheikh Omar who claim to work in a company called PerfectHolidaysUK. Their website shows everything good, but they are a BIG scam.
