Easy to use. Michael, the agent rang for extras and went through the process.

I am very satisfied. Paul was very helpful, especially with unavoidable price changes and then a mistake I made in a middle name spelling. I felt I was in very good hands throughout. Highly recommend.

Booking a ticket is a click of a button. That is the easy part that can be done with any company. We were stuck in DUbai and PH stayed in touch and tried to advise and help as much as they could regarding flights cancellations , refunds etc. I mainly spoke to someone called Robert who would promptly reply to my messages on WhatsApp and helped a lot answering my queries.

I found PH TRAVEL's Getaflight listed as a recommended provider on Skyscanner, advertising business class flights to Tokyo for around £2,300. When I clicked through and tried to pay, the transaction was declined by my bank. I then called Getaflight directly, and was told the flights were not available at that price, but they offered a different flight for around £3,200. I didn't agree to that purchase and ended the call to rethink my plans. They called me multiple times after that, and I received a fraud alert from my bank showing two separate payment attempts had been made on my card: one for £2,300 and one for £3,200, the higher figure being a price the Getaflight agent had offered me, which I had not agreed to.

I booked successfully elsewhere at a fair price. Despite this, the Getaflight agent continued to call me multiple times, and also contacted me by email, text message, and WhatsApp, making clear that even an acknowledgement of the messages was considered agreement to buy the flights from them. I've had to block them to stop the constant messages.

I have reported this to Action Fraud and to Skyscanner for their bait and switch tactics and harassing communications. I would strongly advise other travellers to be cautious when clicking through from price comparison sites, and to check your bank statements carefully if you have had any dealings with this company.

Alina was super friendly and helpful with entering passport details for an air china flight which was very confusing. She also went above and beyond helping us reserve seats for our flight. Thanks for your help!

I had super helpful service from Ryan who got in touch with me via WhatsApp when he saw on his system that I'd twice tried unsuccessfully to make a booking.

I had a complex set of requirements, but he patiently listened to me, and once he understood the remit, he searched for flights that would work, coming back to me with several options over the duration of the call (We moved from WhatsApp to a phone call as this was easier).

We were on the phone for quite some time, as it wasn't easy finding the flights that would work , but we got there eventually plus I learned some useful tips for future flight searches/purchases. Very happy with the service and would come back to PH Travel Litd again.
