Appalling.
During booking it is clearly stated that seat selection is included. It does not give the option to select seats during the booking process and so we contacted them after booking and paying only to be told that we have to pay to select seats.
This is quite clearly a deliberate attempt to extort further monies from paying customers who have already paid and are therefore trapped.
Appalling customer with rude and unhelpful employees.
Do not use them, find someone more reputable and deserving of your trust.

My experience with Getaflight was really amazing. We booked a return trip from London to Bali but were finding it difficult to navigate the online website of the airline so I called up Getaflight to ask for help regarding the check in and Russel very kindly obliged and was extremely informative and helpful. I informed Russel that we may require assistance with our booking because of a knee injury I had picked up and Russel reassured me it would be fine and made the process of booking very smooth and easy and managed to sort out the seat allocations for myself and my family with no issues. 10/10.
