So happy with my new doors and windows from Perfect Home. The installation team were friendly, respectful of my home and clearly took great pride in their work. Everything was fitted to a very high standard and they left everything clean and tidy afterwards.
Communication could sometimes have been a little quicker, but overall I found the experience very positive and I’m delighted with how everything has turned out. I would have no hesitation in recommending Perfect Home.

Great experience having a new door fitted to our house. Ricardo was excellent! He had the door fitted in great time. The job he did was actually much better than we expected, and he tidied up amazingly afterwards.

Couldn't be happier. I've got Perfect Home for 3 time, so all windows and doors are replaced. High standard finish inside and outside. Experienced team especially Janusz and Szymon they're know they job . Highly recommend...

We purchased windows and doors from Perfect Home (perfecthome.ie), and while the initial purchase seemed straightforward, the experience has turned into an absolute nightmare due to their completely nonexistent customer service and aftercare.
Back in January, we noticed a clear fault with one of our doors. To give credit where it's due, they did eventually inspect it, acknowledge the fault, and promise that a replacement door would be provided. However, that is where any professional conduct ended.
Since someone came out to remeasure the faulty door on May 22nd, we have heard zero communication from the company. We have made countless attempts to get an update through every channel available—phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and voice messages—and every single one has been completely ignored.
It is now months later, and we are left with a faulty door, zero updates, and zero accountability from their team. No one answers, no one follows up, and no one comes out to fix the issue.
If you are thinking about using Perfect Home for your windows and doors, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Their communication is abysmal, and their aftercare is quite simply appalling. Once they have your money, you are completely on your own.

I am extremely happy with the work completed by the team from Perfect Home Windows & Doors. Janusz, Ricardo, and Daniel did an outstanding job fitting three huge triple-glazed windows in my home.

Their attention to detail was incredible from start to finish, ensuring everything was installed perfectly. They worked with great professionalism, were punctual, courteous, and kept the work area exceptionally clean throughout the installation process.
The quality of their workmanship is excellent, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to hire them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality window installation.

Thank you, Janusz, Ricardo, and Daniel, for a fantastic job!

House built 20 years and some windows were draughty. Perfect homes came did an audit of all windows and doors and gave price which was very reasonable. Came following week replaced all seals and 7 hinges. Left the house spotless.

I have had Perfect Home replace the front door and a window thus far. The service is great and they always reply promptly to any questions you have. Tomas put the replacement pane in today in less than an hour, and as usual - left the place spotless! Have since recommended them to family and friends.

Other companies I got a quote from said a yellow door wasn’t possible but Perfect Homes said no problem and I got my door. I wanted my back door opening outwards, again no problem!
The installation took only a day and the house was left immaculate. The fitters were really friendly and were so no nice, Simon even fitted my wall mounted post box which was really good of him! I would highly recommend this company and of course my windows and doors look great!

We absolutely love this company ❤️ they replaced our all doors 6years ago and we wanted them again to replace the windows.the frames look solid and have a nice design. From speaking with Voytek. We dealt with a very friendly and professional team. We ordered two doors a Palladio front door and UPVC back door. 8 weeks delivery time. Daniel our fitter was very thorough. He was there for a day and half. All work carried out by him was perfect. Arrived each day on time. His work was very clean and tidy-on the job. Would highly recommend Perfect Home. And will be using again in the future.

brilliant just brilliant.

the fitter was a very nice guy top marks all round to this company.

Daniel removed and disposed of my two old windows then installed new ones. Very professional, extremely clean job was done and I am delighted with the new windows. Thank you.

Lucas from Perfect Homes did upgrade on all my windows and doors...and I found him so efficient..friendly and so enthusiastic about his work...making sure everything before he left i was completely happy with ...which I was Wish every company had a Lucas working for them...Delighted with everything and have no problem recommending your company to others.

Excellent service , engineer Lucas called on the day that was advised , he tightened and fixed all the draughty windows , replaced some missing steel bars , incredible difference , I couldn't be happier with the job , highly recommended , kind regards liam and Terry , county clare ,04

I had two doors replaced by Perfect Home during the summer. Initially, everything seemed fine, and the installation appeared neat and professional.
However, once the weather turned colder, it became clear that one of the doors had not been fitted properly. There is a significant draft coming through — noticeably worse than with the old door it replaced. A properly installed new door should improve insulation, not make it worse.
I contacted them about the issue and was told someone would come out to adjust the door. An appointment was arranged, but no one showed up. Since then, my calls have gone unanswered and my messages have been ignored.
It’s extremely disappointing to receive this level of aftercare, especially after paying for what should have been a quality installation. Good customer service doesn’t end once payment has been made. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Perfect Home.

Would highly recommend luckas who fitted window hinges, seals, locks along with 2 door handles. He came on time, worked without any trouble cleaned up afterwards. He was polite and resspecful, an asset to the company no doubt...

Like all that have gone before me have said, the service by the perfect home team is at a really high level. We had a new door installed and we couldn’t be happier, the install job is extremely high quality and the team left the area immaculate when complete.

I had the front door replaced at my home by Perfect Home Windows. From the interactive design tool on the website through to the fitting of the door everything was extremely efficient. Their time estimates from the ordering of the door to the installation of the door were spot on. The fitters did a great job including the finishing plaster work around the doorway and leaving no mess for me to clean up. Also they took away the old door and frame. I would highly recommend using Perfect Home Windows 👌

I recently had a new front door installed by Perfect Homes, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first enquiry, the team was professional, responsive, and clear in their communication. The process was seamless, measurements were taken on time, the installation date was confirmed well in advance, and the fitters arrived exactly when promised.
The quality of the door itself is outstanding. It feels solid, secure, and beautifully finished, instantly improving both the look and warmth of my home. The installers worked with real attention to detail, ensuring everything was perfectly aligned and leaving the area spotless afterwards. I was especially impressed by how quickly and efficiently they worked without compromising on quality.
What stood out most was the customer care. Every step of the way, I felt informed and supported. Voytek went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final result, and it’s clear they take pride in their workmanship.
Overall, I would highly recommend Perfect Homes to anyone considering a new front door or other home improvements. They deliver on their promises, provide excellent value, and the results speak for themselves. My home feels more welcoming, secure, and stylish thanks to their work.

I would highly recommend Perfect home window door service company, price reasonable, service response on time, installation person are very nice and finished the job perfectly as planned.
We have two windows which the opening cut the electrical Internet cables under the gutters ,they made the new one for me in two days to install them on without any additional charge.
