we ordered a house sign over a week ago and hve had no information regarding delvery,have trid to contact company by phone and emails had no luck as no one answers.is this a scam company,i certainly would not reccomend them.

Bad communication and long delivery!
Contact the company several times by live chat, email and phone. I was never contacted back by email and the phone was never answered when I called. Delivery took 2 weeks and not the 2-5 working days as stated!

Wedding Ring
The site was easy to use - type of ring, size and price. Delivery was quick and l was very pleased with the quality, fitting perfectly. Excellent throughout the process.

The quality is excellent
The quality is excellent, I was very surprised for the very reasonable price. I do however suggest a Template Sheet. It took me 9 minutes to install. 5 with a template. Delivery was superfast !

Can't get a response and I don't know where my order is
Ordered on 21 June, says it ships in 2-5 Working Days. I received an email on 25 June saying that it had been dispatched but when I click on the link, it states "We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status"
I sent an email on 28 June requesting an update and had no response. I've tried calling today 01 July and no-one picks up.

This company sent me a sign without any screws. Their phone continuously rings but no one answers, and they never respond to emails, even after promising to send the screws. They do not exhibit the professionalism or customer service that one would expect.

Been 3 weeks and still nothing…
Been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received anything. Track my order link just takes me to my order and a message that it was dispatched 2 weeks ago. Contacting them has given me no reply. Not impressed with the service at all.
