Perfectumrah Avis

I want to appreciate an extraordinary service provided by the travel agent "Sameer Siddiqi" who was excellent in providing detailed information to all quarries. He provided us well informed and comprehensive attention to details for available package options. Every stage was managed professionally and with great care.

I used Shehzad sb services for obtaining the visa for 11 family members. He was always available to discuss the options and would always respond in time. Passports were dispatched within time to our home address.
Would use his company again as are highly recommended.

Firstly, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Brother Hafiz Amir. This is the first time I am performing Umrah with my young family and was really apprehensive in booking Umrah with a company I Goggled. I have spoken to many Travel Agents, however, after speaking to Brother Hafiz Amir, I decided to take the plunge and book the package with the company. I made an excellent choice.
I can say from the first day we made contact the service delivered by Brother Hafiz Amir was excellent and alleviated any apprehension and concerns that I had.

Brother Hafiz Amir kept me up to with the status of our package, answered all question clearly but more importantly promptly. This allowed me to concentrate in preparing for Umrah. It felt as though I was the only customer he was dealing with. I have left the planning of the package to Brother Hafiz Amir and seems to have done an excellent job.

Insha Allah when we come back end of December I hope to write a review of the Umrah Package.

They have a very professional approach towards their work and are very friendly and honest staff.

I booked my Umrah for the month of Ramdan through Ariya. Due to my extra ordinary requirements the travel dates and extended stay I was stressed but Ariya handled it very well and arranged everything in time which well-matched my requirement.

Abdul Majeed has done an excellent job in booking my family's flights tickets to Pakistan from UK meeting my preferred airline and dates requirements.

Best Customer Service provided by Brother Sheraz. MashaAllah overall package was good. Enjoyed throughout the journey. Hotels and transport was well accomadated. Group leader was helpful.

Sorry last time I tried writing a review, the website wasn't working so here it is:

From being asked by my daughters who desperately wanted to perform umrah, and knowing the unlikelihood of getting a visa, especially during rabbi al awwal, I asked a brother at perfect travel consultant. Subhanallah, within a day they confirmed our visas. This was the first time I was taking my daughters to umrah and I made dua to provide us with the best experience. Alhamdullillah we had the best possible time anyone could ever ask for. Our hotel being so close to al Haram Shareef with the ka'ba view from our room in the Swiss Hotel made it even more prestige. The beautiful sight of masjid un nabawi was within a minute walking distance from the al haram hotel we stayed in madinah shareef all at an affordable price. I would highly recommend them and insha allah will be using them on my next journey.

Jazakallahu khair
Brother Safeer

Last year I was planning first Umrah with my family and was recommended by a colleague to use Perfect Travel, my travel consultant was Sheraz Sajid. I have experienced outstanding personalised customer service. My travelling and experience of visiting Makkah and Madina was a delight. Sheraz stayed in touch throughout my trip. On my return, I`ve already recommended 2 of my very good friends and there families to speak to Sheraz at Perfect Travel services. One of them already came back after Umrah with a big smile on his face and the other one is travelling next week. Well done and Jazakallah for the fantastic service. Inam Khan
