Ordered some perfume for a friends…
Ordered some perfume for a friends birthday, said delivery would be 4 days which was fine , nothing delivered, e mailed 3 times and messaged no reply, then eventually got reply saying it was out of stock and would be another 7 days or could have refund, so asked for full refund , eventually got e mail saying cancelled and it had been refunded, I still have not received my refund and have sent more messages and e mails this is shocking service and do not recommend this company .
Happy to say have now been refunded in full

Delivery was delayed
Delivery was delayed, it was due to be delivered on the 7th but delivery was not until 11th, not happy with the delivery timing

Hi there, Sorry for the delay in receiving your order. I can see you placed the order on the 5th of May on our standard 2-4 day delivery service. Royal Mail attempted delivery on the 7th of May however there was no answer so they attempted the next working day until delivery was successful. I am sorry for the delay here but I hope you can appreciate this was out of our control. Thanks
