Fabulous experience
I ordered some St Tropez products at a really low price (unmatched anywhere!) and these were delivered so quickly. Unfortunately, the hardware on the product had failed which meant I was unable to use it. I contacted Perfume Direct’s customer services and they responded the same day apologising and confirming that a new one had been sent in the post - it arrived within 2 days. Fabulous and efficient customer service, with some lovely customer service agents. Very impressed and will absolutely be ordering from here in future.

I wouldn’t even give it one star
I wouldn’t even give it one star. My order was delivered but driver dumped it outside when I was at home all day waiting. Order got stolen and they are not accepting liability not sending a replacement or refund ignoring my emails. Sad thing is it was a gift for my mom on Mother’s Day but they do not care .

I'm sorry it's taking longer than we'd like. As you say, the product was sent from our warehouse & delivered to your property successfully. Unfortunately the items that I ordered were not in stock so I had to wait. I had ordered them to take away on holiday, so they didn't arrive in time despite me paring for express delivery. The problem was handled quickly and efficiently and I have received a refund for the delivery. Thank you.

The product was delayed
The product was delayed, they never told me it was out of stock, untill I contacted them after the final day of estimated delivery day. They did at that point give me the option to cancel. Which I didnt,product as described and good value just poor communication

I will never use this company again and I have only used them once.
Smashed bottle of scent and had to threaten them with consumer rights in the end just to get a new bottle sent out.
Phone is constantly unanswered and they made a simple situation stressful . Never again .

Royal Mail provided a note on your parcel asking you to raise a claim with them, however we did want to get this resolved as quickly as possible for you and so I can see we dispatched a replacement within 1 day of your initial email raising this issue to us.
