Received bad customer service following…
Received bad customer service following a complaint that was send to the company about a damaged and used perfume that I received. I did not receive this understanding and empathy I was expecting, and I am still waiting for my refund. So it’s a 1 star well deserved.

Poorly packaged
I am marking this delivery down as it was poorly packaged and open at both ends. Luckily it was not missing anything. Delighted with my products.

Fabulous experience
I ordered some St Tropez products at a really low price (unmatched anywhere!) and these were delivered so quickly. Unfortunately, the hardware on the product had failed which meant I was unable to use it. I contacted Perfume Direct’s customer services and they responded the same day apologising and confirming that a new one had been sent in the post - it arrived within 2 days. Fabulous and efficient customer service, with some lovely customer service agents. Very impressed and will absolutely be ordering from here in future.
