Still waiting for my expensive delivery! Won’t be ordering from here ever again!

Terrible!!!
Didn’t receive my order,
had a reply to my email a week later saying it was going to be 1 to 2 days...
It still hasn’t arrived four days later! So I cancelled my order and then I did not get an email confirmation so I don’t even know if it’s cancelled?!
Shocking!!!

Order placed two weeks ago and still not package or even an update

SCAM COMPANY !!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.
I placed an order for £190.58 on 4/12/2020 for Christmas presents and have yet to receive my order. I have rang repeated, left messages with "reception staff" because apparently customer services are never available and sent emails. I've even contacted the courier company who confirm MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIEVERED and am trying to seek a refund, just to never get through.

They now never answer my calls and reception staff are very unhelpful and can not answer basic questions about their complaints process.

Very pleased! Best price found for the item and speedy delivery. Item easily tracked via delivery company and no problems at all. Would definitely use again!

Very quick with responses online even if they were not very detailed, cannot say a bad word about this company. Fast delivery and package exactly as described. No damage, very happy customer. Will most definitely come back in the future. 5 stars without hesitation!

Well I had some concerns about ordering because of the reviews on here even though I have used them once before with no issues. This order was going to be a big one for lots of May birthdays. I can honestly say I can't fault them. I ordered 5 lots of perfume yesterday on next day delivery and all was recieved today with no issues at all. Beautifully packaged. I can understand frustrations when you haven't recieved an order but I haven't had this experience at all and will be using again 🤗.

2 weeks later of the 4 to 5 days specified and still no delivery....then ask for a review?

Haven't received my order.
(Despite what the tracking information says, this tracking number was not provided until I posted this review.., the signature and surname are also NOT mine, but address is, I believe that this is in breach of data protection. posting private customer info on a public forum! .

customer service and sales have taken my details twice with promises of calling me back and investigating, nothing has been done, only contact I have received is the response to this review.

AVOID. trading standards and relevant bodies have been contacted.

Convinced this is a scam.

Ordered on the 16 March paid for next day delivery it’s now 30th and still not received

Items still not been delivered the company aint getting back to me about the problem its now been a week ups last update was on the 13th that makes me think the item has been taken i have no agreed nothing about waiting this was a Mothers day gift that i have asks 4 a refund

I placed an order in December and received a bag of rice. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and contacted them. Was told someone would call me back but they never did. I emailed and was called a liar. This company is an absolute scam. Stay away

Been waiting for refund for 3 weeks I have tried to contact them but unsuccessful. I have left messages on the phone line but still no reply

I posted a very negative review 4 days ago about my £133 order and no order or contact from the company. Literally 10 minutes after posting I received a message saying they had organised a refund and asking me to consider changing my review. I told them no, my review was an honest and accurate account fo my experiences with this company.

I am still awaiting my refund and I have contacted them again twice to enquire about it and have been ignored yet again. I am contacting trading standards today. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
