Perfume Direct London Avis 

Was told 5 to 8 days for processing and delivery. Today is day 12 (not including Saturdays or sundays). You’ve only been in touch when I have messaged you and I still have not received my perfume to date 🤷‍♀️😡

Paid for express delivery, item turned up a wk later, also very over priced.

The perfume you sent was fake and reacted badly to my skin im taking this further

I placed my order on the 27/07/21 nd it was saying it will take 3 to 5 working days. My order took forever and if you contact them they just lie and say someone will call you back regarding your order. I called them 5 days consecutive and all they were saying was LEAVE YOUR NAME AND YOUR NUMBER SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU BACK. I requested to cancel my order and ask for my refund, but they said I can’t cancel the order over the phone, I’ll have to wait for them to ring me back so that I can cancel my order. It’s been 2 weeks now and they haven’t even called me back.

I am over the moon with the service. The only down side was it was a week for the delivery from when I ordered it.

Service was brilliant. Unfortunately I was trying to find the original Hugo Woman EDT. Alas, same name different fragrance 🙃

This company are theiving scum I ordered 22nd may and nothing. Countless phone calls and emails and always told someone will contact you and still nothing. What a complete joke of a company !!! Stealing from people. Please never buy anything from this shop you will never get your product or money back

Awful experience!!! Item ordered and now 3 weeks later still nothing arrived! Yet thier website states 2-3 working days!!? Should this be 2-3 weeks!!?

I've asked to cancel this item and I want my refund but they have said its with courier but I also phoned royal mail with the tracking number given to me a week ago and they have not received the item!!

I just want my money back, I've not had any reply from my emails and the lady I spoke to said someone will phone me back? Yep, nothing again so phoned AGAIN and they said they will issue a refund for this bit nothing at all, no response whatsoever!

I'm far from impressed!!

I am very pleased with my purchase.
It's the first time I've ordered from Perfume Direct London and my experience was good! I'm happy with the item I ordered and it was delivered on time.

This company should not be confused with PerfumeDirect.com based in Heywood, Greater Manchester - 2 completely different companies. :)

Terrible customer service been waitimg for perfume since 19th may after numerous emails and phone calls escalated to a manager still nothing am fuming will never shop here ever again disgusting customer care
