TERRIBLE!
My item has not turned up. I have not received a reply to my email and my daughter does not have a birthday present.
For the amount of money the perfume cost me I’m devestates to have not had a reply to any of my emails.
Gutted.

packaging was not good, the perfume arrived with a broken cap.

absolute awful service they are not based in london as advertised they are somewhere in europe i placed an order on the 25 of september and still had not received anything 11 days later i was phoning the company everyday to get a call back nothing do not deal with this company

I placed an order since on 30th September and until I haven't received it. No message whatsoever about my order or what is happening to it.
I have call several times and sent emails three times. They keep promising of getting back to me. Is very frustrating. I won't recommend perfume direct to anyone.

My order did not arrive within the specified 8 working days as advertised on their website. Even after several attempts to try and resolve the issue as to the whereabouts of my order through writing an email to Perfume Direct London, no one replied to me to confirm when I would be getting my order. I have still not received my order to date since ordering it on the 22nd of September 2021. Very poor customer service and incorrect specification of the delivery time on their website.

Ordered item and paid for 3-5 days delivery and it took over a month still not received it yet will not be ordering from this company again

I ordered two weeks ago and still haven’t recieved my stuff

Ordered 10th September im still waiting now for my parcel spent £80.00 first and last time using missed my partners birthday

YES did finally arrive 28th September

I am very happy with my purchase however I am a little disappointed with the time it took for it to arrive it had to come from Germany perhaps I should have double checked how long it was going to take

I bay bay 1parfume and not came to my house yet I took to get my money back and never asked baddd

This company completely scam . They are just waste of time ,and you loose your time and money chasing ignorant administration. I did raise this complaint to financial ombudsman and to my credit cards and to splitit which they never come back to them.
I got all the details and conversations written by others about this company, be careful they may be trade under different web sites or different named.
I do advise not to waste your time. Please take this advise.
Still waiting for 2 refunds for more than a month and I have to go to my credit card team to chase you and splitit too.

So pleased with my purchase, I bought two as I was going to give the other away as a gift, but like it so much, I'm keeping both.😅

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE: I ordered A Perfume from here and I received no tracking, No nothing. I have tried to contact the company and it just cuts off. NO PRODUCT, NO ONE TO TALK TO LOST PUT ON NEARLY 100 POUNDS. I have complained to LAYBUY for having this scamming company on their website.
