Perfume Direct London Avis 

Ordered on the 27th of November and on the 17th of December still have not received my order

I ordered perfume on a Sunday the 12th December. Got an email on Tuesday to say it was dispatched and it arrived Thursday the 16th. Can't fault the service at all. Very happy. Thank you 😊

I’m very angry with this service I ordered a Christmas present over a week ago got a text and email saying it will be with me within 8 days Iv never had any updates on my order and I don’t have a tracking number I will not be ordering from here again if I don’t receive this item al have to go out and buy it again and it cost me £50

I purchased a bottle of aftershave via On Buy abd received a shower gel- I have since tried to deal with the matter via email - the response have been very short and sweet I.e ‘we are working with On Buy , the latest message sent said ‘ we will be issuing a full refund’. I don’t want a refund, I would like what I ordered to be delivered.

The big issue that I can now see is On Buy have advertised an aftershave at a reduced price, I have ordered and both On Buy and Perfumes direct have noticed it has been advertised at the wrong price- therefore rather than honor this they have just said ‘ we’ll refund’ nothing more in the email than that, sent from perfumes direct.

I would score zero if I could because the communication has been particularly poor, little time given to good customer service and no respect shown.

Ordered 6 bottles of perfume/aftershave and they were delivered within days. Very happy with the service.

I wish I could give zero stars, I purchases a £100 perfume on the 10th of July 2021, up to now 27th November 2021, it hasn't arrived, I rang them more than 5 times and they keep saying someone is going to call me back, I even wrote them but nothing materialised. They literally robbed me. So beware! They are scammers! I doubt the shop even exists. I have all the receipts and everything but gog no perfume.

Poor customer service. Purchased 3 items and 2 got delivered without a word from them. I had to call them for them to tell me that the 3rd item would come from Europe. What if i had not contacted you? Why wait until i questioned you before telling me that there was only 2 items in the package shipped?

Purchased item in October via Laybuy and paid for in full parcel never arrived so had to message. This company 5 times to be told it was. Posted then in end they rushed it out next day delivery. Far too late.

Ordered two 75ml tubes of armani si body lotion, paid £26 and only recieved one tube. Sent messages and no reply therefore opened a despute through paypal..recieved message saying theyll look into it and send another tube out if a mistake had been made..still waiting..no communication and dont know whats going on..such basic stuff..wont be buying from here again !!

I bought perfumes on October 25 and I have not received them until today

I don’t find this useful at all I have not recurved them perfume so I’m not payin any further payments due to this

Took my money, never arrived. They said it had, but it hasn't and they haven't replied to any of my messages.

Rang up on several occasions, and surprisingly the phone line goes dead, once I've said item hasn't arrived...

Scam artists, absolutely fuming they can't even answer a question...

IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY : IT HASN'T ARRIVED AT MY PROPERTY, I HAVENT GOT IT. WHAT PART OF I HAVEN'T GOT IT ARE YOU STRUGGLING WITH. IF YOU ANSWERED ANY OF THE 7 EMAILS IVE SENT YOU, WE MIGHT ACTUALLY GET SOMEWHERE. LIKE I SAID BEFORE TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

After ordering I read the reviews regarding shocking service & delivery!!
I did worry regarding what or if I would receive my order.
So here we go!!
Fantastic service, love, love my little box of goodies for my daughter for Christmas!
