Superb service
I recieved my order. I was extremely happy and would definitely recommend this company.

Goods were not delivered. No tracking details provided and aggressive and defensive comms received. Not shopping there again

It took two months for me to obtain a refund via Paypal from this company for goods charged for but never received. Ten times I asked for an update on my order and each time I received a generic e-mail advising me they were "exceptionally busy but their team would get back to me withing 48 hours" THEY NEVER DID.
I will never use this company again, their sales service is non-existant and their customer service is absolutely diabolic. BE WARNED

This was my first and last time ever ordering from here. I ordered a perfume set a few weeks ago and didn’t get any confirmation email or text message.

After two weeks of continuously emailing and messaging them they had said delivery has delayed. Still nearly a month later I haven’t received my gift set but moneys been taken out of my account. Customer service is poor and so is communication.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE PLEASE. OR UR GONNA BE WAITING A MILLION YEARS TO HEAR FROM THEM. Let alone receive your item.

This is a big mistake

This company should not be in any google search engine as it’s a complete farce
Ordered a £200 bottle of mens perfume on fast delivery for a Christmas present contacted them in all formats email telephone to say I wish to cancel as 2 days before Christmas I still had no dispatch so ordered off selfridges got it it in 24hrs gift wrapped as well
For it to turn up on 31st of December totally ridiculous and false advertising
Have tried pointless calls and many emails as they don’t provide and return labels you have to submit a return and wait for confirmation email for instructions etc ? Where is that email where is my promise over the phone? In the virtual ibis of the internet
So contacting Clearpay and my bank to stop any more payments as you can have this crap back
Totally disgusting stay clear as it’s probably someone doing this so called company as a side line to their real job probably in the warehouse of some perfume company knocking it off

Thank you for having and delivering what we were looking for! The only minus is that the waiting time was much higher that it was stated while ordering. Instead of 5-8 days it was 3 weeks. I hope that this is just because of holiday season 😊

They canceled my order twice, then despatched the order after Christmas when I had made other arrangements. Now I'm still waiting on someone to contact me to return the dispatched item and refund me.

This has taken far too much of my time and effort and it would be unlikely that I would use the service again or recommend anyone else use them

1 star is to generous for this website/awfull customer service infact it does not exist.Ordered for a Christmas present well in advance taken the money though no perfume utter garbage avoid like the plague#joke

**Might I add that I have now been contacted by the store on the 3/01/2022 asking me to provide more information to show that my complain is genuine… Is there no record of my two calls on any sort of database or call recording? If my issue was passed on any of the two times like promised then I wouldn’t be needing to write this further information. I have provided additional details of the only correspondence I’ve had with the shop but am happy to provide screen shots of the order that was placed. This is adding further insult to injury!**

I ordered a product from this company on the 8th of December 2021 as a Christmas present and they’ve taken my money but I am yet to receive the goods. If I was to walk in the shop and take something without paying I would be arrested for theft. I have been in contact twice and all I have been told is they can’t offer anymore information about what’s happened to it but they will have someone contact me within 48 hours… 5 days later and I’ve had no response from anybody. This is absolutely shocking as I asked for a refund and I can’t even get that… it’s laughable! I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life where nobody can’t remotely explain what’s happened to my order. I also thought that this may have been a one off but from looking at other reviews it seems I’m not the first person that this has happened to. Absolute joke!

Customer service awful still no reply nor call back will never use again and Christmas present t never turned up then tried sending after Christmas

After being let down by another company I chose Perfume Direct London. I had decided to give a photo of the product as a present but it turned out I didn't need it. The service from Perfume Direct London was exceptional, I recieved my order within 2 days. I was extremely happy and would definitely recommend this company, I will definitely use again.

Excellent service. Prompt delivery in time for Christmas.

Ordered perfume but decided against it after finding the same product much cheaper on other sites, so emailed to cancel the order to which they responded quickly confirming the cancellation but then sent it out anyway.
Do not use as when the perfume came it was from china!!!!! And also came a week later when it said 2 day delivery. Awful site do not use

Absolute disgrace. Says same day dispatch or dispatch with 24 hours. Ordered a week ago for Christmas and still not dispatched. Christmas Eve tomorrow!!! Shocking!! They are ignoring my emails and messages. Phoned to be told through to the wrong department and someone would call me back. Still waiting 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Taking too long for delivery.
Thank you for your reply, I think if you actually look at the tracking information, it was sent to Harrow, when I live in Bristol. I never received the parcel. I never picked it up because it’s over a 100 miles from where I actually live.
