Delivery takes a month
Delivery was advertised within 5–7 days and while the order was shipped quickly (within a couple of days on 30 March), it took over a month to actually arrive on 1 May. There was no tracking number provided, and every follow-up response was the same generic reassurance that it was “on the way” and sometimes takes longer.
I asked multiple times where the item was being shipped from and didn’t get a clear answer until much later, when I was finally told it was international. Upon arrive from the package it turned out to be shipped from Switzerland, which explains the long delay but should have been made clear upfront.
If you’re ordering this as a gift, be aware that delivery can take around a month, not the 5–7 days stated. Communication was also frustrating, with repeated follow-ups needed and no transparent information provided.
