Pestforce UK Avis 

I haven't used this company for my pest issue as I am still waiting for a call back after phoning the Stockport office yesterday morning and leaving a voicemail and trying again yesterday afternoon - again no reply. I eventually rang the emergency phone 0333 number and they took my contact details. The person I was speaking to tried himself to ring Pestforce Stockport for me, but again no reply.
I have contacted another company and they are coming to see me tomorrow. Very poor customer service.

Recently completed an extended course of 'treatment' to eradicate rat activity from our house. Unfortunately not fully dealt with by the previous owner. Rob May arrived very promptly after the initial call and organised the bait and traps. After establishing the entry point (and us having to take up existing decking and organise a visit from Wessex Water - who were also brilliant) we eventually were able to solve the problem - poor drain installation by the property developer. The service was good value and Rob was efficient and reliable, with good communication, follow up arrangements and reports. Thank you.

Worst experience ever.
I don’t understand how did they get the other reviews.
They came with lots of promises and the first appointment was overall good, he put some cockroaches gel and some traps,
On second appointment he came and watched the traps and said that we doing good and left.
I was very surprised when I got the invoice for that.
When I called the office they were very polite but helpless.
Is being 2 months now that I’m waiting for their quote for yearly contract.

From the initial contact with Alison, I found pest force west London extremely helpful and efficient in dealing with my enquiry. Mathew who visited my property was both informative and very efficient in his survey and report, as was Sean on his follow up and recommendations. I have hesitation recommending pest force west London.

Appointment 1 - an hour late, no apology
Appointment 2 - 2 hours late because he forgot, no apology. Sent him away as we were on our way out
Appointment 3 - still waiting for him to show many months later

Ray came round within 24 hours of ringing, got rid of wasps nest in the roof, so polite and courteous, will definitely have him again and would recommend to family and friends.

Really great service, they turned up quickly and solved my wasp nest problem. Really the best service I rung them up and on the same day they arrived brilliant.

Had a wasps nest under the lawn in my front garden. Pestforce were there within 24 hours of me calling them. He sprayed and dug out the nest. Then he made the lawn look as good as new and you can't see that anything has been done except there are no wasps anymore!! Will recommend to anyone wanting pests removed.

Malcom from Northumberland Pestforce came out this morning. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and responded quickly to our enquiry. Finding a pest can be distressing and worrying so finding a competent and professional person is important, I would recommend without hesitation.

Having seen a rat in our garden I contacted pest force and got a reply within 24 hours and a visit the day after. Marcus reviewed the problem, put down traps and checked them for a couple of weeks and I now feel confident the problem has been dealt with. Thank you Marcus and Pest force for really good service.

We couldn’t believe that we had seen a Rat! In our kitchen. This needed a professional to deal with it. We found Pest Force on-line and contacted them. Rick then came out later that afternoon and checked our kitchen and the loft area. He found activity in both areas and told us what he needed to do. Rick returned on 3 occasions and then said there had been no further activity. We were so relieved.
We cannot thank Rick enough for what he has done, he was polite and very respectful. He explained everything he needed to do and once completed he reassured us that we could contact him should we have any further problems. We would be very happy to recommend him to anyone who has a Pest problem.

We originally called Faron out to deal with a difficult squirrel infestation in our loft which took some time to resolve. Faron was extremely professional in dealing with the issue and persevered until the infestation was removed making several return trips to deal with it. His charges were very reasonable and he was a pleasure to deal with. We have recommended his services to our neighbours.

Ken of Pestforce Middlesbrough provided an excellent service and went above and beyond in removing 4 live Wasp Nests for me. Excellent service, manner and very prompt!!!
