Great service and first class result
Great service and first class result. Eradicated 2 wasp nests on the first visit so didn’t need to use the free call back option. Very polite and friendly operative.

So simple! One call to arrange a visit. One look at where the wasp's nest was. 'Just keep away for a little while' & on return .... not one wasp!

Second Go Needed
Your agent, Jamie Storey, was prompt, polite and efficient. The issue is that the treatment didn't seem to have worked very well. We understand he has since left the company, so we had someone else back yesterday and we will be happy to give feedback on the second visit in due course.

Really helpful, Imran provided a prompt service and has great deal of experience and knowledge. Traps were laid and the offender caught. Great stuff!!!!!

Jim was extremely knowledgeable
Jim was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient. He knew immediately where we had the problem with rats 🐀 in our driveway and together with a drain repair managed to eradicate the problem.

Zero bedbugs invfestation .
I had bedbugs in my house, and pets control get rid of them and did not returned. Thank you PetsControl. I suffered because of this plague of bedbugs for more than 2 years, but when I discover PetsControl I did know how good they are, a friend recomended me and I contact them. So happy that finally no more bedbugs ,I had the service 2 months ago and I do not have any issue , bedbugs did not returned. Thanks God for that,I discovered PetsControl

Person who came she charged me for the job.
I had bees in two places . She couldn’t access but she told me that she able to do it.
She also told me if it comes back I have to pay again?
She is not only able to complete job but she is dishonest too.

I was the man who came out to fix the issue for you , after you had used a lady from another company and she had let you down (I proofed the soffit at the side of your house with mesh).
I did say you should complain to the company you used previously, but by mistake you have left a review on our Trustpilot profile.
