Paid £10 for my last cooling mat from anuther shop so when i ordered from here for £9.99 i expected it to be near enough same size but my own fault i never read sizes and this was the smallest cooling mat ive ever seen it would be ok for a rabbit maybe

Thank you for your 3 star review. I understand your frustration but all our sizes are on the website and we have sold hundreds of these without any complaints.
Maybe next time pop those glasses on before ordering.

After having an issue with a delivery that had been left in bushes and had obviously been stolen, these guys pulled out all the stops for a new order to be sent. I will definitely be shopping again with them. Customer services is brilliant

Amazing company helped me through everything always kept me upto date with everything I mean everything I would highly recommend this company and definitely be buying from them again and again royal mail broke my item 3 times and the owner posted and made me 3 more of the item I order which
I felt bad for as that is his money and time but he didn't have to buy he sorted it ASAP for me so grateful!

Amazing company, very attentive, very thoughtful and very professional. I ordered a couple of personalised bowls and a treat jar and they put in some packets of treats as a lovely gesture. The products I bought were also LOVELY! such lovely ideas on the page I will definitely be a returning customer!
