I’ve ordered multiple times from here and the delivery is always so prompt. Best place to get natural chews for our dog which don’t break the bank! Definitely would recommend.

Pet shop online have decided to accuse me over a damaged bag of delivered dog food. The item came in a bag that wasn't flat packed, wasn't in a box or secured (just a normal brown reinforced paper bag) and so damaged in transit but they will not believe it. It costs £64 this bag of food.
I did not damage this bag. I used no sharp implement to open the item packaged bag.
It really amazes me that a company that is obviously doing well has the audacity and in turn the stupidity to not resolve this or refund me immediately. All they have done is argue and treat me like a criminal in the process by saying their packing department could not possibly be at fault. Its stupid because i would have set myself up on a subscribe and save delivery with them meaning they would have made sooo much more money from being trustworthy, kind and collaborative with me, their prospective customer and this is so much more valuable than the £64 they are with-holding. Refunding me is the only sane course of action here. But the thought that i have the time, as a surgeon to damage my own bag, when all i need is the food i ran out of, is ludicrous.
Really disappointing. I held off on this review for as long as i could.
Good luck that you don't ever need a refund for a damaged item that isn't your fault from their customer service because this company do not care about their customers or their customers time.

What a great shop! I ordered lots of treats and chews for my two dogs and it all arrived the next day. Definitely worth the price. The selection of treats on the website is really big. Can’t recommend enough

The best customer service I have experienced for a really long time.
I had ordered our regular dog food again (third time of ordering - prices are really good) but had forgotten to check-out with the discount code. A phone call later and the discount was applied; an out of stock product was swapped for an in date one and I have already received my delivery.
If only all companies cared about their customers this much.

This place is the best by far for natural treats for my dogs. The variety is huge and all at really good prices. Many items I cannot find in local shops or online, especially at such good value. Shipping was so fast especially considering I place large bulk orders, that normally would take longer to recieve.

My second order arrived quickly. Ive got a male doberman in hes dobbie teens. He is gery demanding and spoiled so there's a lot of occupiers that hes not interested in. He gets a walk on a morning and evening but I need something affordable that can occupy him in between,daily. He loves everything from here. Right now hes got some fish thing,loving it. Things start from 50p. So I can have something daily for him. Il be ordering again soon

I have used Petshop online must be over a dozen times for Essentials dog food. Price is good and delivery is excellent. When accidentally ordered the wrong pack size returns were really easy. Good company
