Been dealing with this company for a couple of years now truly excellent all around always exceptional service and delivery totally trust them and won't go anywhere else. Ten star review if I could.

Great pet shop. Super fast delivery and top quality products. The lovely owners are also happy to offer advice and are all round very nice friendly people running a family business. Highly recommend! I am a repeat customer for my dogs. Favourites being camel rolls, pigs ears and rabbits ears and even a super cute Happy Birthday bear!!

Have been buying dog food here for over 10 years. Mags and Darren go above and beyond to help find the best food or products for my dogs and are always full of great advice. Fantastic service, lovely people and super fast delivery.

After finally having had enough of Pets at Home's nonfunctional website, and dire customer service, I went looking for an independent who did online shopping. I found pet-shop-online.co.uk, and ordering from them was the best decision.

Aside from pet-shop-online.co.uk having the brands my dog loves (Coya, Nature's Variety, Nature's Menu), they were cheaper than PAH. Pet-shop-online also had Lickimat in different colours, and a huge range of different chews, bones, and treats that PAH don't stock. I had so much fun choosing a selection of new products for my 1 year old Rough Collie to try.

I ordered just before 1pm on 20/06/24. Twenty mins later I received a text letting me know that the specific colour of a Lickimat was out of stock but if I got back to them by 14:30 with another colour then they woukd swap it.

My order was picked up by the courier by 3pm, had arrived up in Scotland the same day, and arrived at my door the following morning (21st) at 8:45am. This is probably the fastest service I've ever had in my 25+ years of online shopping.

Unlike other retailers, the products were in a box that was the right size for the contents. Many items were individually wrapped in brown parcel paper. The box was appropriate for the weight, and arrived in tact. Large retailers like Amazon and PAH should take note: this is how you do online shopping, and customer service.

I am delighted. My dog is delighted - she is too wrapped up in chewing on her new serrano ham mega bone to acknowledge I exist right now.
