Pet Bucket billed as petworld Hong Kong causing problems
Pet Bucket billed as petworld Hong Kong while stating they are based in UK. So when. $300 bill on statement over two months but not as Pet bucket I reported as fraud resulting in card being cancelled and new card issued. Then multiple calls and emails from PetBucket for payment.
Confusion, misrepresentation and now I see prices not competitive.

Petbucket operates internationally, and as part of our global expansion our banking operations were moved from the UK to Hong Kong to support international transactions, all your orders are processed from the same warehouses that they always have been. There was no intent to misrepresent our business.

The products are easy to find, but
The products are easy to find, & once ordered, arrive fairly quickly, & in good condition. However there are several functions that are a bit cumbersome, and as I don't use Facebook, because of the screeds of junk that arrive unrequested, some useful information & functions are barred to me. If rectified, the experience of several years will improve.

In order to provide you with the absolute best possible prices for all your pet parasite treatments, there's only one little sacrifice we ask of you... shipping time. Orders usually arrive within 10-15 Business days, but can take up to 4 weeks(20 Business days) in rare cases, due to any possible postal delays.

10月に購入分のキャンセルをしているのに、返金が未だされないし、返金をします。と言う連絡を最後に、こちらから何度もメールをしても無視されています。せめて、メールの返信位して貰いたいです。こちらは、いつ返金されるかと不安でなりません。
このメールの後、返金手続きのメールが来て、無事マイナス処理されました。メールを送っているのだから、何かしら返事を貰えれば、ここまで不安にならずに済んだのだと思います。
