Placed an order and they emailed me saying they needed some type of verification before the order ships. I called and left multiple messages. They kept sending emails saying I needed to contact them. Now I get an email saying the order will be canceled. Never saw a company so incompetent in their communication. Will be filing with my card company. Judging from some of these other reviews I'll be filing a fraud claim with my card company. Looks like they just steal money and don't actually refund people.

I was a bit leary when I first saw this website, could the prices really be that good? Well, they were! I had an issue that I needed clarified, the rep I spoke with was very helpful and polite. I have seen where people are saying their banks flagged this company, mine sent a fraud alert, but discovered they do that any time you shop out of this country. I then remembered trying to pay for a Walmart gift card to be sent to grandkids in Canada, same thing happened. If shopping out of country your debit card may be rejected, always try to use a credit card. Products arrived much quicker than expected.

I appreciate the pricing from Pet Care Supplies. Much more reasonable than anywhere else I have checked. Shipping does take a bit longer, that is why I order early enough so I do not run out of medication for my pet. I appreciate I receive brand name medication in the box. I highly recommend Pet Care for all your pets needs.

I mistakenly order from this website thinking it was another company.
I was immediately flagged by my bank that I had a charge from Mauritius! A tiny island in the middle of the Indian Ocean. A month ago I was told my order was canceled and I would get a refund in 3-5 days. Nothing.
This place is a scam.
I’m planning to report to the US department of international commerce. This has to stop and animals will suffer!!

I called to cancel my order about fifteen minutes after I placed it. I thought they would ask for my vet information before the order went through, but they didn't. A man with a very heavy accent asked me my order number and I couldn't understand most of what he said. When I asked him to repeat it, he said he had canceled the order and he sent me an email saying it was canceled. He was extremely rude and didn't seem surprised. I had to interrupt his rude answer saying I had the email and I thanked him. He immediately hung up without saying anything else. Apparently, they get a lot of cancellations. At the bottom of the receipt, it gives instructions on cancelling your order asking you to please call them immediately. I changed my credit card number just to be safe.

Have purchased Bravecto from this company for 3+ years & never had a problem one! EXCELLENT customer service, EXCELLENT price savings over stateside prices, and my order arrives in less than 10 days!!! A 5-star supplier all the way!!!!!

As with the previous reviewer, I had NO idea the company was in Singapore and am NOT receiving the required meds in an adequate amt. of time. This is truly FALSE advertising and they should advise this is not a US company.

Just goes to show you should thoroughly research the company from which you are buying supplies for your beloved pets. I had no idea that the company was not US based and that products were coming from SINGAPORE. The company is not transparent at all. It wasn't until I looked at the tracking information (Order 4569774) that I saw what was going on. Given the shipping times, I just assumed the products were coming from California and those usually take a week or so. Not only am I unhappy with the shipping times, but I'm sure not going to give my dogs anything originating from Singapore and that has been in transit for such a long time (varying temperatures and storage conditions). It's still been over a week since I ordered and no delivery yet, but I'll be trashing it--I seriously doubt they'll honor a return and refund my money. Wow. Lessons learned.

I stumbled across this website by accident and have been ordering from them for a couple years now. I will say this, the products are coming from the United Kingdom so, do NOT expect to have your products in a few days. I usually order ahead and allow 2 to 3 weeks to get to Mississippi. I have been ordering Seresto Dog Collars and just started ordering Simparica Trio. Now, package could be a little better but the product has always been fine.

I ordered "Revolution for small dogs" and they sent some mystery counterfeit product called "Stronghold". It had the same dog photo and packaging design, so they probably hope people won't notice the name/product difference. I asked them on the phone if this was going to be a counterfeit version and they told me no. I can't put this on my dog with any confidence that it's going to work.

stay away, save yourself the B.S and spend a little more on the right meds that you need a prescription for not this no prescription nock off trash. If you love your animal buy the right meds. from a place like chewy or some other reputable company

I have ordered from the company twice and have been very pleased with the products and shipping time. Recognizing they are not in the US, I was aware of that before ordering and planned accordingly, as a consumer should do. Very pleased with all aspects of the company.

Terrible company!!!! Knock off products coming from South Africa and takes 4 weeks to get!!! Bad company terrible customer service better read labels and check serial numbers on any product. And they do not sell to customers with large numbers of pets such as breeder rescue etc. so buyer Beware!!!

Shipping too long
I placed an order 1/2/23 and it is still not here (1/31/23). My dogs meds are due tomorrow. I will have to buy locally. Tracking says the products just arrived in New York today and I am in Florida. No hope of getting these anytime soon.

I went with the product the rescue org used when I adopted my dog, and it was PetCareSupplies. The pricing was amazingly low. (like $90 difference for 9 doses). But I used it not only because of the pricing, but it was used by the rescue. I ordered, I got a call to call them because I had made 2 orders on the same day; 2 days later an email to call them back to confirm. Then I get a confirmation email for 6 of the doses; I wait a day, call (after 15 rings picked up)and ask for confirmation of the 3 doses. And I ask why the $1.50 service charge added? That came from my bank to process....because they are outside of the United States. I did not know they were not located IN the United States, and try very hard not to purchase pet products that are not. I will not be purchasing from them again because I am uncomfortable not being made in the USA, I am pretty upset by the wait time (up to 14 days to reach me) and not knowing that in advance. Live and learn, and be cautious if you choose not to purchase items not made in the USA for your pets.

Petcaresupplies.com is great. I contacted customer care prior to ordering Bravecto because in the US this preventative requires a vet prescription. I have been getting this from my vet. They responded right away explaining they get this preventative from Countries that don't require a prescription. I ordered this on June 8th and received the Bravecto on June 15th. I did pay the $ 6.99 for tracking and was kept informed each step of the way. I saved 50% off what I was getting this for from my vet. Extremely pleased with the Company. I would highly recommend PetCareSupplies.com
