Ordered 4 days ago on a Monday. Their website says "guaranteed worldwide delivery" and "free shipping". Turns out I was charged shipping AND never got a shipping notification. Called them and the guy told me my shipment would be here in 28 days, then changed it to "10-15 business days". I told him I'd like to cancel and get a refund because I need the product much sooner than that and he said "oh, it just shipped a few minutes ago" and refused to cancel or refund. I asked for the tracking number and he said there wasn't one. So riddle me this. How do you "guarantee worldwide delivery" without a tracking number? NOTHING on their website says anything about everything coming from china. Very deceptive company.

I had planned on buying flea medication for my cats, but my bank flagged this company because it is located outside the USA and blocked the transaction. Afterwards, I searched for reviews, only to find multiple reviews like the ones located here. I'm so grateful for my bank's fraud detection system. Their alert forced me to conduct more research about this company.

DEAD ANIMALS
I took my cat to the vet a week after her brother died. The vet informed me about the fake collars. After researching into it I found they have done this a lot and there are a lot of people who have lost their pets because of this. I called the company and was told I was the dishonest one and a pos. The guy did inform me that I got a collar in June of 18 and I seem to have been just happy with that purchase. What that did was trigger the fact that that dog was put down in December because of seizures. The same reason this cat just died. So I feel they also killed my dog I just didn't know it.
I do not want anyone ordering from this company because your pets life is extremely at risk and this company does not care in the least. They just want your money.
Be safe and protect your pets.

I have been purchasing Frontline combo for every month of the year for my two dogs, both under 22 pounds, for approximately five years, plus or minus.They immediately disclosed they were in the UK, while explaining the time factor for receipt. Do not wait until you are out of product to re-purchase. They cannot predict when your product will arrive at your destination because they don’t know which packages customs will arbitrary choose to inspect. They fill and release the orders quickly, but do not expect quick international delivery. It could take over a month. Do not overthink this. In my long history with this company I have had no bad experiences… Zero bad experiences.

Thank you guys for keeping my cats safe from those annoying insects! The products I got last month are working very well and my cats are in really good health.

Putting my trust in online pet shopping?

So I've had many instances where I have tried online pet shopping, but they do not seem right and I have been scammed quite a few times. It is extremely hard to trust any online stores, to be honest. But then my very good friend talked to me about this online pet care store and how amazing it is. I was skeptical at first, but then gave in. Purchased a couple of times now, and boy oh boy, it is amazing. Starting to trust online shopping again, but well, fingers crossed.

The lower price doesn't make up for the lack of customer service. This company isn't in the USA, they don't make that clear on the website. When I found out how long it would take for my package to arrive, I tried to cancel my order. I was told I couldn't because the order had already shipped. They don't send out emails confirming purchase or shipping. Also, I had paid extra for shipping tracking information but didn't receive a tracking number. I was told my package should arrive anytime between 10-21 days and they would let me know how to return it. However, I have read other reviews indicating this is difficult because they are outside the USA. I guess this is a case of getting what you pay for!

Bought 2 seresto flea collars for my cats they were priced at 29.99 which is very cheap considering seresto collars go for 60.00 dollars and you might see them as low as 49.99 but never 29.99 anyway I bought 2 the tin said for cats and when I opened them on the plastic wrapping in small print it stated they were for small dogs! Thank god I checked because they would have killed my animals!!! Do Not buy Any Flea Treatments from them please!!!

I think these are scammers but from maybe japan or China I can’t tell the writing but I got in contact with the actual company they are legit but explained they never ask for you to pay with PayPal and that’s the only way this company would do it I thought it was a great price but then read tons of reviews got scared they took the money from my account I opened a dispute but PayPal closed it then contacted the seller tons of times with little reply but then I got a message from PayPal saying the merchant refunded me the money to my bank. It hasn’t hit my account yet but I wouldn’t buy from them

As soon as you subscribe for a regular delivery and they have your payment information, you might as well cancel your card if you ever want to cancel 'cuz the stuff is coming (from the UK) and you'll never receive a notification in advance giving you the opportunity to change it. AND it'll cost you more to send it back than it is worth - no US-based return address... all part of the scam.

I have 3 gripes:
1. My main gripe is that petcaresupplies installed some ad program on my computer that I have not figured out how to get it off yet. It is not just banner ads, but appears to be running as a background process. This by itself is absolutely unacceptable to me. I see a background process labeled PCSVC.exe, which I think is it.
2. I don't believe the serento collars are authentic because they seemed to work for only a a month. After a few months, I just bought new collars locally at my vet and threw those from PetCareSupplies away. I did not look into the serial number thing that one reviewer mentioned.
3. It took a long time to get my order, but if I recall, that is my fault because I think the product disclosed that it was getting shipped from China or somewhere.

Maybe I can help out here ... I ordered from them and weeks passed and nothing arrived. My credit card refunded my money. Low behold one day in the mail box was the collar I ordered ,they started calling me about the charge back ..it took me many calls to finally pay them , if you order dont expect it anytime soon ..BUT it will arrive ,hope this helps, I will order from them again 😉THE COLLARS ARE NOT FAKE OR KNOCK OFFS , THEY HAVE SERIAL NUMBERS YOU CAN CHECK WITH BAYER COOP.. I placed an order 14 days ago and have not received a tracking number or a response back from my 2 emails and calls. This is fraud. I believe the Bayer Seresto collars they are selling are knock offs made in China. I contacted Bayer and they told me that this company is not an authorized seller. It makes sense since they were $10 less expensive than Chewy or PetSmart

I've ordered Capstar flea tablets from them previously because they were half the price my vet charges. This time it's been 7+ weeks with no delivery. Did on-line chat. They said product was shipped from UK 3 weeks ago; I should keep waiting indefinitely. I asked for a refund of my $44.64, which they refused (plus 1 percent foreign transaction fee.) I could have gotten the tablets in 15 minutes from my vet down the block. From now on, I'll just eat the cost and avoid the headache of dealing with these guys.

It’s been 3 weeks since I ordered a collar for my dog . I called and they said it would be another 1-2 weeks. Won’t order from them again.

Ordered Frontline Plus almost two weeks ago and have not received any update on the shipping of my order. I called them today and they said it had already shipped and would take 4-6 weeks to receive from date of shipment. If you want receive product more timely then you may want to shop somewhere else. They did not say upfront that it would take 1 - 1.5 months to receive your order.

I've seen a bunch of bad reviews about this website, but I've been ordering from them for the last 2-3 years and have had nothing but good luck with them. Every time I placed an order, I received the seresto collar for my dog within 3 weeks and it works great! We had a big flea problem with the amount of strays in our neighborhood and as soon as I put the collar on my dog, within 24 hours, she was clear and i tried EVERYTHING else and the seresto collar is the only thing that worked for her.. People are claiming they sell fake collars, and of course i was very skeptical at first with the amount of mixed reviews I've seen, however I decided to give them a try & I've been pleased every time. They have never let me down. Definitely worth the multiple purchases. I'm going to continue purchasing collars from them every year. I hope this review helps some of the skeptics out there.

fake seresto collars, dont waste time trying to call, the hadji just hangs up

I assure you I am a real person and I know some reviews are been either really good or really bad and may leave you questions. That said I did order the seresto collar and received the wrong one but customer service was quick and gave me a refund with no problems.
