This website is a total scam

This website is a total scam. DO NOT FALL FOR THE FREE SAMPLE SCAM. I paid $6.95 for shipping of a free sample and NEVER got the sample. 1 month later they charged me $96.95 for a recurring order I never signed up for. I contacted customer service and they told me the order already shipped and that I couldn't get a refund until I receive the product then I can mail it back at my cost. They also told me that the sample had been lost by the carrier... They explained that when I signed up for the sample that I had signed up for the recurring order. If that's the case then the website is a total bait and switch and I didn't read some teeny tiny fine print. Clearly based on the number of negative reviews here that seems to happen quite often so that must mean it is not clear on their website what you are agreeing to.

In addition to the fraudulent charges, when I reached out to customer service the person who emailed me back was incredibly rude and told me that I was the one being rude and that "You get more bees with honey," and literally laughed in my face at my complaint. I absolutely have a right to be upset when a company misled me and then stole my money......

Bottom line, just stay away from this company at all cost. Poor business practices with even worse customer service.

ALSO I reported them to the FTC and anyone else who has had a bad experience should also do this!

The probiotics works great but I only ordered the free bottle. The company charged $96 to my debit card.
This is bullsh#t. Pet Joy needs to put up front how they will charge you $100 for products you haven't ordered. Rather than put this in disguise in the Terms and Conditions. BUYER BEWARE !!!

I didn't order

I didn't order! I didn't get a free sample! I canceled as soon as I saw the charge on my credit card and when I finally got a person on the phone, after canceling online, the guy said he could not do anything except give me 35 percent off? He said I got free samples? No! He said I ordered over a month ago? Nope! They got my Credit card number because it was stored on my computer, I did not order! I asked the dude for a tracking number for the order he was not able to stop from coming to me? No tracking number?
These people are crooks!

I ordered the vitamins & hip & joint & received 1 bottle of vitamins & 6 bottles of hip & joint & few days later received 3 more of hip & joint!

I ordered the ivitamins and hip and joint for my small, old dog. When received, I had 1 bottle of vitamins and 6 bottles of hip and joint. I tried getting in touch with this company, but it is impossible to be able to speak with anyone. I then received 3 more bottles of hip and joint! I am really angry that I cannot speak to anyone at this company to straighten out my order! I now have 9 bottles of hip and joint and 1 bottle of the vitamins! This is ridiculous and they better not be charging me again! I want them to get these bottles of hip & joint back and give me my vitamins for my dog!

My husband got a “free” sample?- since then they keep sending and billing shipments. After several hours on phone with them he was assured that the “auto ship” was not authorized. So they said sure you can send them back at your expense. Of course they are still sending. Only solution was to cancel his card to stop shipments. This says to us the product doesn’t work and the only way to make money is via scam,

When your husband ordered, he was asked to accept our Billing Terms & Conditions. This signs you up for a subscription service. We cannot stop an order that has shipped, unfortunately. This is impossible for ALL merchants, and is not exclusive to us. Our policies are all posted on our website. The product does work. Thank you

Ordered because of the advertised "free trial". After placing my order I read that it could take up to six weeks to see a difference but your subscription starts in 21 days or you have up to 21 days to cancel. Cancel anytime for any reason is what it says. I tried to call and cancel because I won't have enough time to try it out. The order had already been shipped, I understand so I'll keep that but they're refusing to cancel the subscription because I didn't try it! Offering to extend the trial is not good enough. If that was the case you should have a trial long enough to actually see results. Why say you can cancel anytime for any reason then give me a crap reason for not letting me cancel? My name is clearly on my review. I spoke with a representative on 11/30/22 4:47 pm est. There isn't a clear way to cancel on the site. That reply is bogus and maybe your reps should be trained better.... They keep updating with lies. I never asked for a refund. Changing the date was offered as an alternative to canceling because she said I can't cancel the membership per company policy. I know you heard that in the recording. Everyone stay clear of this company. They're frauds. There person replying is a liar.

We do not refuse to cancel subscriptions, this is false. Without providing your name, we cannot validate ANY of the comments you are making about our company. We have an online system where customers can manage their own accounts as well, but without your information, we can't see if you attempted this either. This review is not valid; our policies and procedures are set and are NOT reflected correctly in any of your comments. ------ ---------------------You stated you wanted more time to sample the trial offer. She was attempting to change your next billing date! That was what you asked us to do! Instead, you chose to review us with 1 star. We did what you asked us to do. ALSO, you canceled on 12/2. The order SHIPPED ON 11/28. No retailer would issue a refund in this case.
