Recommend Pro Digest

I received a free bottle of the Pro Digest & a free bottle of the Advanced Daily Multivitamin Soft Chews I just had to pay $6.95 for shipping. The Pro Digest really helped my dog with his scratching and biting. I cancelled my order in time and then received an email stating they had shipped another order to me. I was able to contact them by phone & she verified that was a default email and no shipment is coming. I just had to wait awhile to speak to someone from the US and not a foreign country. I recommend this product.

Scamming Fraudsters!

These scammers spammed me with emails offering free samples which I did not sign up for. Yet my credit card was charged. Looked up the company and the telephone number. Their phone service diverts to text msg then to their website which basically loops on the subscription page and you get nothing. Email them and you will get nothing! These are fraudsters pulling a scam using pets as cover. Bad karma will shut down these A#$%%@

Hard to unsubscribe

After receiving my first order, I canceled my subscription via the help.petjoy.com website. My first order was the free sample and I ordered 3 more bottles along with it. I immediately canceled the subscription showing 3 more bottles pending shipment. About a month later, I received 3 more bottles. I can see why so many people get upset at Petjoy.

Hi Brenda - We show you ordered two subscriptions. One for our Joint supplement and the other for the Probiotic. The Probiotic is the one you're referring to in this instance. Your order was placed on 10/28. You canceled your subscription on 11/6. Also, this is the NEW subscription for a DIFFERENT product. Not the same one. You placed these orders. This is not our fault. Your order had shipped already and we had no communication from you requesting cancelation all this time. We're sorry you're disappointed, but we did everything we're supposed to. A customer needs to contact us if they desire a cancelation.

Petjoy Makes Cancelling Your Subscription Difficult

I have not yet received my order from Petjoy but once I do, I will write a review about the products. This review serves more as a highlighted suggestion on how Petjoy can improve the experience that they offer customers/potential customers. I believe they made it clear that once you order your free sample, you will be charged a monthly subsciption fee if you do not cancel the service within 21 days of your sample order. That's great. My issue, is that they direct you to visit a help page where there is no option to view or modify your subsciption. There's a button labeled, "Orders & Subsciption", but once you click it, all you will see is your order history and status. This feels dishonest. It seems as if they make cancelling or modifying your subsciption more difficult than it needs to be. The fact that an actual link to view your subsciption is nowhere on the customer account page, makes me feel like Peyjoy is trying to keep their customers in the dark so they can at least receive the first $90 payment that will be charged after 21 days. I have emailed them asking to cancel but have not heard back. Petjoy, I don't know if you need to hire a new PR person, but you need to do something. The image that you are creating for yourself is one that is sneaky and dishonest. It's not a good look.

Hello Reagan- Through that online system, you were able to see the status of your order. You can also cancel or modify your subscription and orders. This is a self-help system. We are also available by email and phone for assistance.

Your subscription was canceled today, per your request, and this was the only notification we received from you. It was received yesterday at 9:42am, we responded with your cancelation notification at 9:41am.

BEWARE OF FREE SAMPLE.

I ordered a free trail and paid the 6.95 shipping. I wanted to just try it. About a week after I got the sample. My PayPal account was charged $90.00 automatically. I never gave them permission to charge my acct and barely tried it on my dogs. Now I have to dispute. 90.00 is a lot to me. What gave Pet joy a right 5o automatically charge my account. BEWARE OF GETTING A FREE SAMPLE. They empty your account and rip you off.

Beware of sales tactics claiming you…

Beware of sales tactics claiming you get free products. I tried the buy 5 get 5 free, and was charged at a reduced rate for all 10. What should have been 5 canisters at 21.50, and 5 free. Turned to 10 canisters at 21.50.
Thankfully I looked at the amount due before ordering. Just make sure you're getting what you order and aren't surprised.

IT IS A SCAM I ASKED FOR A RETURN ADDRESS AND WAS TOLD THAT WAS NOT ALLOWED.... HIS SHIPMENT WAS NOT SHIPPED ON THE FOURTH BUT A FEW DAYS LATER......THIS WAS NOT STOPPED BECAUSE COMPANY DOES NOT WANT

Hello Williard - After listening to your call, it has come to our attention that you were offered an RMA to return your product. Once you were informed you would need to return the product for a refund, you became completely irate. Your order was placed on the 4th, it takes 12 hours to pass to our fulfillment center, where it is assigned tracking. Once tracking is assigned, we cannot cancel an order. We emailed you tracking once it shipped as well, so the comment above is not valid. Also, our number is fully operational. You were able to speak with a representative, so we're not sure how the number was determined not working.

Misrepresentation at its best

I too say buyer beware and I canceled the orders as soon as I realized what had happened that I did not authorize so when the packages came I refused them.
I refused 2 of them. I was charged $29 99 for them and I have yet to receive my refunds
I did pay the $6.95 for the sample although my dog is allergic to molasses I could not use them So I passed them on to someone else but it's true I did agree to the $6.95 but I didn't agree to any continued shipping of more product. So where's my refunds I don't want to have to go to the Better Business Bureau but I will if I have to it's so wrong. The thing with this tactic is that even if the product is great & they want to use it, you've lost respect for bad integrity so won't buy because of. Re think your bad marketing strategy.. Give me my refund.

BEWARE Credit Card SCAMMERS - Canceling is difficult

When you order your "free" 30-day Supply for $6.95, after 21 days PetJoy.com will charge your credit card $29.99 for another order and continuously send you monthly orders until you cancel.

This was done, all without my authorization, because I didn't see the small print that indentured me into making $30 per month payments to Petjoy forever.

Petjoy's vitamins made my dog sick. Within a few hours after giving him the first one, he developed itching and acted like he was in pain. Day number two, same thing, threw the vitamins away.

Petjoy's hyper-aggressive marketing practices make me question, why not let the vitamins sell themselves if they are so great? Why ask, "Are you sure?", six times, lowering the price each time, before you let someone cancel their order?

I definitely would not trust my credit card to them, again. Buyer beware!!!

I definitely bought it from PetJoy.com. I have receipts. I have my credit card statement - it says PETJOY.COM

I'm not sure about this company I have made a purchase for the probiotics and the joint supplement but I can't find my order status or see if it's been shipped or anything don't know how long it takes to receive the products but I'll wait a few more days and hopefully the come in

Devious Sales Practice

I ordered some dog-itch supplement from an ad i saw on Instagram. I included a bottle of multi-vitamins. Unbeknownst to me, they put me on a subscription plan. So after receiving the next shipment, I went on their website and cancelled future deliveries and had my bank note a "do not pay" future charges on my credit card account. I was told this is now common practice so beware! Last time I buy anything through Instagram. The world seems to be full of scammers!

I'm grateful that a friend recommended PetJoy for my 17lb, mini golden doodle. It’s now the only vitamin we feed Louie and he loves it!
Normally we'd have to bury vitamins and other supplements in either his meal or peanut butter...but no need with these. He actually thinks they're normal treats. I'd highly recommend for any dogs. Our neighbors got some for their 70lb. shepherd/husky mix.

My dog loves the taste, and I see results

My dog loves the taste. He is sort of picky, so when he went for the soft chew like it was a treat, I knew these were going to be great. He has hip dysplasia and after 30 days I saw him get up and down easier. He is happier and I think the Hip & Joint care soft chews are helping take down his joint swelling. Overall it has worked for my dog so far and he has been taking it for 45 days.

I have a Boston terrier that was hit by…

I have a Boston terrier that was hit by a car, broke his hip and leg and we tried so many things after he recovered to help him with his diet and joints. Got both the hip and joint and multi vitamin treats and he not only loved them. He has been running around better than ever.
Love petjoy for helping bring slater back to his spunky self.

Stronger Doggie

Charlie lost his leg shortly before we adopted him. We started him on PetJoy's Joint supplement to help his other leg become stronger. You should see this dog GO! I swear he has never missed that leg!

PetJoy.com Ordering

I was about to place a first time online order for PetJoy's advanced multi-vitamin soft chew for dogs. But before doing so, I decided to check for online customer reviews (& was surprised to find no reviews on trustpilot.com). Since I never did business with this company. Several other review sites had a significant higher percentage of only one & two star ratings, which was concerning. They were mostly based on either never receiving the product, receiving the wrong product, or being placed on automatic monthly renewal orderings that they never authorized nor knew anything about. They kept getting monthly shipments & billings even after contacting customer service to immediately cancel auto renewal. But by the time they started getting additional shipments, it was too late to cancel what they had already received and/or was already on its way to them.
After carefully reading PetJoy's very lengthy & heavily legally worded Terms & Conditions, it became immediately clear to me that they had included so many legal disclaimers & self-limiting liability clauses that basically stripped or waived their customers of all their usual legal consumer rights & placed them at a huge disadvantage in case of any legal disputes. First, they state that their effective date is shown as JULY 2018, which is nearly THREE YEARS OLD. That means their terms & conditions have not been reviewed, revised nor updated in almost 3 years. So it most likely hasn't incorporate any new court decisions plus state & federal govt. consumer protection laws & regulations that have been enacted since July 2018 to enhance our consumer rights. Furthermore, I found several major factual differences between the more favorable statements contained in the body of the website's text that were changed to much more restrictive statements buried in their lengthy Terms & Conditions. Since advertisers know most people won't take the time to read and/or can't understand the lengthy legal terms their lawyers purposely use to confuse, limit or eliminate the consumers' legal rights. Plus consumers are forced to click on having read & agreed to their Terms (& often Privacy Policy) BEFORE they can place an order. Once you click on "I agree" or "I accept" before being able to place an order, you have executed a legally binding contract (whether or not you know it). And, during any dispute, the more restrictive terms & conditions will legally prevail rather than the more favorable terms you read in the body of the advertisement that originally enticed you to order. It's the old "Bait & Switch" scam.

From time to time shipping does take longer than expected, but it's usually just a few days. Unfortunately, people don't post the positive, only negative.

With regard to our privacy policy, it has been reviewed and is consistently reviewed. Again, we are sorry we didn't update that year for you. Companies must have these disclaimers, legally, to protect us AND you.
