Completely committed to giving the best care to the dogs (and other animals) they look after, and the dogs know it. Milly comes back from her weekly day with Petpals obviously bursting to tell me about her fun day. She's been going to Petpals for 5 years now and I can't praise them enough.

Really recommend Monique at Petpals - she has put our Cockapoo puppy completely at ease when she takes her out for walks and Nellie loves boarding with Monique. I never have to worry about her and Nellie comes back so happy. Great communication. Very organised.

We were so happy to leave Sue in charge of our kitties in our home. She was so professional and really friendly. She took care of our cats wonderfully, sending pictures of them daily and sending a report about what they were up to. I have been using Petpals Darlington for well over a year now. The team are fabulous. They try their very best to accommodate requests for services even at short notice. Grace loves her walks with her fellow doggos & the team are great with her. I have also used their dog boarding service. Again, so well organised & Grace gets to stay with a fellow dog lover who spoils her like I do, all round a 5 star service. 👏🏻✨

They are totally reliable and take great care of our two tabby cats who are now 14. They have looked after them since they were very young. I would fully recommend them.

Our dog absolutely loves her time with Petpals. Mark and Lucy look after her as if she were their own and always take excellent care of her. She's so excited to see them when they come to collect her, so whether it's day care or home boarding we know she'll have a fantastic time. In fact, I don't know how we'd manage without them!

We had a family weekend away, my daughter usually looks after my cats. I had used Petpals with my dogs many years ago, so decided to use them again. Absolutely wonderful service! Really friendly with me and my cats. It was above and beyond what I was hoping for them and me. My cats were treated the same as when my daughter looks after them and I received photos and true feedback (both cats are timid and I know their habits). Rachel really helped me to enjoy my holiday, because I wasn't worried about their wellbeing. Thank you.

Monique did a fantastic job of looking after my cat and my tortoise while I was on holiday. She is incredibly thorough and professional and goes above and beyond to meet the needs of animals. I'm so happy to have found someone who so clearly loves animals and cares deeply about their welfare.

Lucy & Mark always look after Indy so brilliantly, she’s so happy being able to stay at home while we go away, safe in the knowledge that she’s being well looked after.

Pet sitting (3 x cats, rabbit and guineas), Excellent customer service very responsive. My animals are very happy to be home with high care standards. We really appreciate PetPals care and attention. We trialed three days and the results are extremely postive. I highly recommend this service. Communcation is great and we feel safe. A big thank you to the team.

I’ve used Jean @ Petpals for well over 10 years now. She cares for all the dogs like they’re her own and I have absolute peace of mind when my dog is with her.

Helen and Paul are a fantastic team & i cannot recommend them enough, for those who have labradors, they are the pace to go!
