Iordered a cat collar and received on time. Lovely collar. I am very pleased with the service.

I ordered a product and received very quickly a confirmation of dispatch. 2 weeks later and 5 emails I finally got the item. The process was frustrating and the response to each follow up email was to tell me they would investigate. No result of the investigation was ever sent to me so I had to email again and this went on. Finally I got very fed up of this and telephoned the company and I can only describe the conversation as incredibly unprofessional. I was made to feel as though I was in the wrong and shouldn't have been calling!!!! Despite the original confirmation of dispatch I was told there was a problem with the supplier and lots of people were experiencing the same issue?? A day later I received another email with a different order number so I am assuming it was a reorder and the item arrived within 2 days. The item I have eventually received is great but from the experience of dealing with this company it will be the last and sadly I would not recommend them.

I found there to be little problem with using the site and placing my order. My order finally arrived after 7 days which surprised me as other customers have said their's in less than three but it is the Christmas period so the post is going to be erratic.

Overall, no complaints.

Great quality, great fit, perfect print & prompt delivery.

I was thrilled to find just what I needed in preparation for the arrival of our new puppy. I added more items to make my total spend eligible for free delivery. I received an email that afternoon letting me know that two items were not in stock (these two items were the main reason for my entire order). I received a refund for these very quickly, so no problems there. The items that are/were out of stock have been showing as available the entire time which is concerning to me in terms of other unsuspecting customers trying to order these things. The rest of my order was delivered in dribs and drabs from various different suppliers - I did not know that this would be the case. Also, two weeks on, I am still waiting for one of the items. I have emailed customer service to let them know that an item is missing but I have had no response whatsoever. All in all, a very dissapointing experience. This order was for my first dog who is only 12 weeks old, and therefore, Pet Runway has lost a potentially longterm customer and it is a competitive market, unfortunately for them.

Efficient and competent service... great product!

The collar and lead set is very good quality, however the clasp is quite difficult to adjust and does not come undone like a collar with a buckle. My bulldog didn't like having to slip the collar over her head then adjusting it, we had quite a struggle!

I purchased a union jack hoodie for my British bulldog so she could wear for Remembrance sunday,when it arrived it was to small so I emailed the company to send it back and they were more than happy to return it. I had already ordered a new one but to my surprise they were willing to refund the money for the small one and my postage back to me. absolutely fantastic company to order from my dog looked amazing in the hoodie and was talk of the town, a lot of people asked where I purchased it from so I was more than happy to recommend. The hoodie itself is such good quality and value for money my dog didn't want to take it off it kept her so warm. Rest assured I definitely will use these people again.

The collar is lovely and fits our new puppy really well and should do for a while as it can be expanded. My only comment is about the packaging - it was sent in an ordinary envelope which might easily have torn and contents lost
