Manx has just had another amazing stay with the lovely Janet, Richard and Dexter dog. Once again he's had a truly wonderful stay with them, this is now the second time they've looked after Manx we know he's been well taken care of. Janet kept us updated with regular updates on how Manx was doing with photographs etc that means a lot when your away from your special little fur baby.
I honestly can't thank them enough for once again giving us the peace of mind that he was in the very best of care whilst we were on holiday.

PetStay has been a god-send!

After checking many boarders over several years to look after our Dalmation, Stamford, we came across Jane at PetStay who was able to recommend Sue & Barry as being the ideal boarder for him.

By asking the right questions about Stamford, she was able to match us with the most appropriate boarder. It turns out Sue & Barry was everything and more.

The service was faultless, from the initial meet & greet, to the stay itself. Throughout the process, Jane kept us fully informed, including an excellent reminder list of what to take to make the stay perfect.

Sue & Barry were just exactly what Stamford needed. He’s a dog that needs attention when he wants it, and they definitely provided that! Throughout his stay, we were sent pictures & updates to show he was loving his holiday! And that is all dog owners want when they go on holiday - that their 4-legged is being well looked after.

We would definitely recommend PetStay is the perfect company to get the right match, and Stamford’s match, Sue & Barry were fabulous. Thank you!

Sarah has been a fantastic “Auntie” for our 9month Cocker, Sir Clive.
We were very nervous as he is quite an excitable young thing, but Lisa paired us with Sarah and it couldn’t have gone better. She tired Clive out with walks, sent us loads of pics and videos, and was genuinely lovely. Would have no hesitation in choosing PetStay and Sarah again - in fact, we are now planning our summer holiday, knowing how great she was.

Lovely people who really looked after my 2 labs.
One of my labs is getting old at 14 and he has epilepsy. The other is a rescue with some questionable behaviour. They were really well cared for and I got daily updates and photos whilst I was away.
I'd recommend Amy and Tamzyn to anyone looking for a home boarding placement for their dog while they are away.
Petstay itself was an easy process to book through.

We have been using Petstay for quite a number of years now, and would not consider anyone else to look after our fur baby Bailey. Linda is always very helpful and accommodating, even when we have had to change dates at the last minute, as we had to do on our most recent stay in September, due to unforeseen circumstances.

Bailey was placed with Irene a few years ago and we could not have asked for anyone better to look after her. Irene is absolutely lovely, and we are convinced she loves Bailey nearly as much as we do. We always feel better going on holiday when leaving her with Irene, as we always have the guilt but knowing Irene is looking after her makes us feel able to go on holiday and relax. Irene sends us lots of pictures and video updates whilst we are away, which we absolutely love. Bailey is always very happy with Irene, and when she comes back she doesn't even have the sulks lol!
We love Irene that much, to ensure we can always have her for our holidays, we always book Petstay before we book our actual holidays 😁

I am not going to lie this is not the cheapest way to board your pet, but the cost doesn't even come into for us when you are getting home from home quality care for your beloved fur baby.

From the off, Petstay has been a joy to deal with. From booking to meet up with Verity pre stay and then during the stay. Verity sent us updates and photos which was great knowing she was in good and capable hands. I've only once left my dogs in kennels and swore I would never do it again , but Petstay has given a complete home from home experience and she was loved , cuddled , walked and care for like she was Veritys own. I had no worries at all !! Highest respect and admiration for these lovely people. Recommended

Jazzy just spent another lovely week with Andrea and estelle she was treated like her own.jazzy knows when shes getting near and gets excited straight in harness off then runs through to go outside to make her mark in garden thenback in to say hi.we are so pleased we found Andrea and estelle

Exceptional service, great communication and simple booking system. My pooch had a wonderful stay, not sure she really wanted to come home afterwards. And reasonable pricing too. Would highly recommend and use again.
Its great to know your pet is so well looked after in a home from home environment.

Ernie had the best time staying with Jenny and Mark. I could relax and enjoy my holiday away knowing my precious fur baby was being well cared for and loved. I received daily updates and wonderful photographs of him and would not hesitate to leave him with Jenny and Mark in the future. Joyce was really good and very accommodating. Our dog settled in quickly and we couldn’t have asked for someone to look after him better, it’s stressful trying to find someone you would trust to look after your dog but I would have no reservations in using Joyce again.

Sarah was amazing with Benny , he had an a amazing time with her She sent pictures and updates throughout the day of how he was getting on , this was the first time we left Benny and we feel confident that we can leave him again we will definitely recommend and will definitely be booking again

We have used PetStay on numerous occasions now for our cocker spaniel Molly. Ruth has always been extremely helpful and all the carers we have used have been so lovely and taken such good care of Molly, always sending lots of photos and keeping in touch. We now try and book our holidays around Gill's availability as Molly just adores her!! Highly recommend this company.

My dog Bailey went to a sitter organised by pet stay. The sitter went above and beyond to look after Bailey when he had some gastroenteritis running up to his stay that had no cleared up before I left him off. Susan really looked after Bailey as if he were her own dog and I’m very grateful for everything she did for him. I’d happily recommend Pet Stay sitters for their caring and loving approach. Five stars 🌟

Robert and Meow looked after Thunder excellently, sending regular photos and really made me so much more relaxed knowing he was happy and settled

A return visit for Cooper with Marlyn. Cooper is a nervous dog and Marlyn really helps to manage this which is really appreciated. We get regular updates which helps put us at ease knowing he is happy. We will have no hesitation using Petstay in the future.

My dog had a great time and was reluctant to come home. We loved the regular updates, especially the videos, and we could see she was having having the best holiday ever. She was in really safe, caring hands. Would definitely recommend and use Giovanni and Stuart again.

Ann has a lot of experience with dogs and she managed Flossie brilliantly. My dog does not like other dogs but Ann was completely unfazed by this and took her on regular walks. When I picked Flossie up she was not as enthusiastic to go home as she often is which tells me she was very happy staying there. I was sent photos showing me how well she had settled and Ann kept me informed. Overall a very positive experience for both Flossie and myself.

Experience has been superb. Was easily matched with someone to look after Reggie. Clive and Allison were fantastic. They truly love dogs, know dogs so well and Reggie had the most amazing time. I feel really assured going ln holiday knowing Clive and Allison will be looking after Reggie. Truly recommend.
