Ann has a lot of experience with dogs and she managed Flossie brilliantly. My dog does not like other dogs but Ann was completely unfazed by this and took her on regular walks. When I picked Flossie up she was not as enthusiastic to go home as she often is which tells me she was very happy staying there. I was sent photos showing me how well she had settled and Ann kept me informed. Overall a very positive experience for both Flossie and myself.

Experience has been superb. Was easily matched with someone to look after Reggie. Clive and Allison were fantastic. They truly love dogs, know dogs so well and Reggie had the most amazing time. I feel really assured going ln holiday knowing Clive and Allison will be looking after Reggie. Truly recommend.

Once again Claire helped me out at short notice & in fact took our little sausage Hugo in herself to look after.

Can’t thank her & her family enough. Hugo was well looked after, in fact spoilt, with plenty of Photos & updates aswell. Thoroughly recommend the services of Petstay.

Our dog stayed with Jacqui & Ray again whilst we were on holiday. This is I think at least the sixth time he has stayed with them so it is like a second home for him. He is very excited when we drop him off and Jacqui is brilliant at keeping me updated via WhatsApp on how he is doing. They are so good with him and love him almost as much as we do! It makes leaving him so much easier and gives us absolute peace of mind that he is happy and being looked after so well.

Very positive experience, my dog was so well cared for by her carer, the process was smooth with good communication from the start.

Our 9 month old puppy Brandy stayed with Philippa & Tim for 12 days & we would highly recommend them. She had an overnight stay a few weeks before which went well & so we felt happy leaving her with them whilst we went on holiday. They sent regular photos & videos which we loved getting & we could see how happy she was. We will definitely use Petstay again in the future.

Haggis happily goes to stay with Pauline. He loves the attention he gets from the household and can be a little mischievous when there which does not bother Pauline. He gets very well cared for and I have no worries leaving him

A big thank you to Sharon and Mandy who looked after our dog Johnson, they welcomed Johnson into their home and made him very welcome as if he was their own. As always a great service from petstay. Communication with Ruth to arrange stay was easy. Pauline then took great care of our cocker spaniel which allowed us to enjoy our holiday. Highly recommend

We always know, when using Petstay, that our dog, Izzie will be well cared for and cherished. She's a lively little dog who doesn't seem to realise that she is now an aging adult, but her carers are great, and she clearly has a wonderful time on her holidays, and feels safe and secure.
As always, she had a great stay with Jenny and Alan, and showed clear affection for them when we went to collect her.

Excellent care for my elderly blind dog. Good accommodation was made for his special requirements. The carer was kind and helpful throughout, and took time to send me regular updates throughout his stay. I would definitely recommend.

Left Roxy in the very capable and safe hands of Liza and her family while we were on two weeks holiday. Kept regularly updated about how she’d settled in and I was more than happy with her care.

Another family wedding meant our schnauzer, Harpo, went to stay with Brigitte. We have total peace of mind when he’s with her, as he’s so well cared for. He is happy with her and all his little needs are catered for. Nothing is too much trouble and he seems happy when he goes. I know it’s very clean and safe and Brigitte’s calm competent manner is reassuring for us all.

Our two dogs stayed with Sally for a week, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was so kind, welcoming, and attentive, and it was clear our boys were having a fantastic time.

We received regular updates and photos, which was lovely to see while we were away. The dogs came home happy, settled, and clearly very well cared for. We would absolutely use Sally again and would encourage anyone looking for a home-from-home stay for their pets to book with confidence.

This was our first experience using a boarding service. Reggie our 10 month old pup made himself at home with Alice & Bernard. I was updated daily on his day with pictures of his walks. Made me feel at ease and we will be using Petstay again. Reggie had a great time 🐾

Les and Steph, opened their house and hearts to our larger than average girl Maze in August 2026.
They posted pictures and videos of her right from the first evening that made is feel reassured that she was comfortable and happy and enjoying herself with them and their family.
We would recommend them as carer's for dogs. The whole process of petstay is easy from original visit to picking your pet up at the end of their stay.

As always great service with Pet stay- host Jeanette was great with our dog Dexter. He had a great time with her!

This was our Working Cocker Spaniel Winston's 3rd stay with Claire in Norfolk and as always he absolutely settled right in at home with Claire, her dog Max and her family. He always comes home exhausted but extremely happy and we can always tell he is well loved and cared for during each stay. Thank you PetStay Norfolk for helping us find Claire our dog will never go anywhere else!

We booked with PetStay Norfolk and I was a bit nervous as we have never left our 1 year old dog before. I shouldn’t have worried, he had the best time being walked on the beach and the undivided attention of Lindsey and Mike, who clearly love dogs and obviously became very fond of our dog. The weather was extremely hot during his stay and they adapted by getting up very early to get the walks in. Would definitely use again
