Incredible Service - Highly Recommend
We relocated ourselves and our 2 cats from London to Northern Italy with Pet Taxi Express. The service was excellent from start to finish. They were clear and transparent on prices and what was included from the very start and provided all the relevant support needed for taking pets from UK to EU. For the actual journey we were excellent driven from Folkestone by Atif. He was considerate of us and our cats, stopped when needed and drove very smoothly. He was also super friendly and we had some good chats to make the long-journey go quickly! Additional mention for Lal, who smoothly got us out of London and to Folkestone. Highly recommend the Pet Taxi team for trips with your pets between UK and Europe.

UK Pet Transfer
My wife and I had an excellent experience with Pet Taxi Express. Our driver, Lal, was professional, friendly, and reliable from start to finish. He transported us and our two cats from Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) to Chelmsford, UK, making what could have been a stressful international journey feel smooth and comfortable.
Lal was punctual, courteous, and clearly experienced in transporting pets. He took great care to ensure our cats were safe and comfortable throughout the trip, which gave us real peace of mind. We were very impressed with his professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend Pet Taxi Express to anyone traveling internationally with their pets. Thank you, Lal, for making our move so much easier!

What a wonderful service
What a wonderful service! I was moving from Poland to the UK with my pet, and was very concerned about possible stress to Henry, my dog. I needn't have worried. Pet Taxi Express took perfect care of me. The driver was a true gentleman - polite and helpful - and the car was comfortable and in immaculate condition. A perfect welcome to the UK!

Excellent service
Excellent service. Arrived on time, received both a text, and a call on the drivers arrival, which was helpful. Nice clean vehicle. Driver very helpful, and considerate of my cat, who has recently gone blind (she had just been in to see the vet). Smooth ride. Very reasonable rates. I will definitely use their taxi's again, and would highly recommend them.

Such a lovely way to travel with my dog!
Contact right from booking was prompt and polite. The price was very competitive and I was sent confirmation of my booking as soon as I had paid.
In the run up to the trip, I received contact from the company and from my driver, Lal. They told
me what car I would be travelling in and then Lal sent me his live location on the day.
I had travelled from the US to Paris and Lal drove me from Charles de Gaulle airport to Folkestone.
During the journey, we chatted and it was such a nice time. The vehicle was clean and Lal had placed a cover on the seat so that my dog could jump up and sleep, which she did!
Lal gave me cold water, too, and I was so grateful.
I would 100% recommend using this company. The pricing is competitive and the service fantastic. Would definitely use again!

Second trip, no notes…
This is my second time using Pet Taxi Express, and I’d thoroughly recommend them. It was smooth sailing. I’d organised pick up from Calais Frethun station and the driver was waiting for me on the platform with a sign, helped me with my pet and bags, and we had no issues at all at the pet reception. Very friendly and even had water and snacks waiting after a long day of travel.
