Reliable and trustworthy
Had a very smooth and comfortable experience with Pet Taxi Express.
Right from the point of booking until drop off, they’ve been helpful through every step. My taxi was waiting for me on time and they even helped me making my pet’s EU passport. They’re very detailed in their support.
They had water and a little snack for my pet and I appreciate that.
The car was very clean and spacious too.
💯 would recommend.

Very disappointed and upset
Very disappointed. Ordered two crates for my pets. Took a photo of proof of our messages. Turned up with one and got a backpack out to put my cat in. We had no choice at this point. 200-mile journey. I Suggested putting the dog in a restraint. Gave me a lead. I Said they would not be allowed to travel like that. We had to keep the top of the backpack away from our cats head not great for a 4-hour journey. Driver is lovely, but needs to know the law on dog travel and maybe keep the restraint with the seat belt. No recommendation. Totally stressed the whole journey. 😡
