I ordered 3 x 10kg plaster powder with…
I ordered 3 x 10kg plaster powder with next day /24 hours delivery. I received 2 of the 10kg but the 3rd package was delivered later after the weekend. They were all ordered together in one transaction and I had to stay at home twice to receive the order. It had cause inconvenience of precious time.

Initial order service was excellent
Initial order service was excellent, then the initial parcel went missing, not at all Philip Harris' fault, the courier misdelivered it. Philip Harris sent out a second order immediately on notification. Overall, exemplary service, thank you.

Good Products, but Delivery Instructions Were Not Followed
Overall, I had a positive experience and found the team helpful. However, I was disappointed that the delivery instructions I provided regarding a specific time period were not followed. As the order contained some restricted chemicals, I believe it is particularly important that such instructions are carefully observed. While everything else was handled well, this oversight was concerning and is an area where the service could be improved.
