sister has been using Big it up product - meadowfoam polymer volume boosting spray - for some time - cant find it anywhere in the shops. Email to the address on website AND filled in the form on same website enquiring where where it can be bought - no reply to either. Phil Smith needs to sort out its customer care department.

I have switched to the new shampoo and conditioner in the new product line and can say they are so good. My hair feels amazing. This is a product that has gone up another notch. Top quality

AMAZING! I have been using the Deep Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner for over a month and my hair feels SO good. It is shiny, healthy and easier to style. I highly recommend these products.

Absolutely love the new professional hair care range, especially their Miracle Primer. Best product I’ve found to moisturise and tame my frizz. I use it on damp hair before I blow dry and also a small amount each morning. Definitely protects my hair from damage and last for ages!

I couldn’t believe some of the low reviews below. I’ve always enjoy using their products and supporting a British company too.

The worst shampoo I have ever purchased, and it cost me £12. I used it three times and my hair still didn’t feel clean. It doesn’t foam and leaves a horrible residue on the hair. Absolutely awful product.

Bought a travel hairdryer from Argos manufactured by this company which failed within warranty and was replaced by Argos. However the replacement only lasted 6 months before it developed the same fault as the original after 9 months of use! Argos claim (as do Sainsbury's) that the warranty was for 12 months after the initial purchase not form the date of the replacement (although it was refunded and repurchased at that time!) After contacting the manufacturer, Phil Smith, on their "Contact Me" webpage, and receiving no response. it has prompted me to leave such a review.

Bought a Phil Smith hairdryer in May 2024 which literally blew up in my hands 5 weeks ago. Got a replacement in Argos (thats another story) and it blew this morning! I'm having to go back to Argos today with it and am not looking forward to it. Definitely wont be buying Phil Smith hairdryer again!

New brunette dry shampoo garbage. I have purchased phil Smith wow Brunette dry shampoo for years, great stuff. Then it disappeared then recently brought out Brunette refresh. What absolute and utter garbage it does nothing in fact it seems to make my hair worse. I bought 10 tins there is 9 left going in the bin. Utter rubbish

It good when the hairdryer works. I’ve had two issues with this hairdryer in four months where it has stopped working. The first time it overheated and started smelling like smoke. Then the second time it just stopped working.

I have been using Bombshell for years. Its great for my blond hair. Unfortunately it's out of stock everywhere. Even at Phil Smith?? I cannot find any explanation anywhere and really hope it comes back. My concern is, if its due to a lack of an ingredient it will not be the same as happens with lots of products

I recently brought phil smith coco shampoo x conditioner. My hair has never felt more shiny and healthy. I really recommend it to anyone. I'm not gunna stop using it.

I recently bought the phil Smith be gorgeous hair dryer amazing by the way.. until its on full blast and then it loses it power quite disappointing t be honest

I’ve been using Phil Smith hair products for a while now and find it really suits my hair . Previously it seemed to feel very heavy but now it is much lighter and less frizzy on the ends . I will be ordering this new range. Thankyou
