Disappointed that my Phil Smith hairdryer has packed up within 3 years (used twice a week) after my Clairol Big Shot lasted over 30!!

Great value for money
Great value for money. The pink one is my fave leaves my hair feeling great. I used to have dark hair that always had that shine an when I went blonde it lost that shine till o found this shampoo in Sainsbury’s always on offer and leaves my hair in great condition afterwards. Smells good too.

The best!
I absolutely love the Wow Brunette Shampoo and Conditioner. It smells amazing, works beautifully and is affordable. Service is excellent and your order arrives super fast. Definitely recommend!

I have been using Phil Smith products for a few years now after being recommended them by my hairdresser, buying originally from Sainsbury’s and in the last 2 years, online. I use Curly Locks, Bomb Shell and Coco Licious and absolutely love them all. Ordering online is easy and the goods are delivered quickly and well packed in brightly coloured padded bags.

Slow deliver and problem checking order
When order was confirmed there were no clear references so I was unable to check my order...and correct my mistake... resulting in an unwanted order which would have cost a lot to return! So didn’t get what I wanted.. and postage took a whole week,so not great. overa

Customer communication improves
Ordered and paid on 27th November, 7 days later still not received order, very poor communication, will not buy directly again. Will be doing a chargeback if not received soon.

Animal Friendly
I started using their range, as they are aninal friendly and loved that the majority of the range was also vegan! I cannot tell you how much I love their root spray!! It has been a god send, for someone who has become very lazy at dying their hair at home. :)

I spend a lot of time in Spain which has a high calcium content in the water, these Phil Smith products Really keep my hair in great condition, You can feel the difference as soon as you use the shampoo and conditioner. I also use the coconut water texture spray to give a nice wave in my hair when at the beach. Loving these products.

My favourite hair products
My favourite hair products. I have thick, curly, frizz prone hair. I straighten it a couple of times a week. Using these products has made it easier & improved the condition. The shampoo is thick, so no need to use loads & the conditioner feels like a treat every time. Delivery was quick, website was easy to use, well deserved 5 star review. Well done Phil Smith Hair
