Phoenix provided a great training module that gave us more experience than what is required for just getting an SIA license because we got to feel what it’s like to operate in live situations multiple times and learn from previous mistakes, the instructors are very intense and put lots of pressure on us but it helped me to learn a lot in a short space of time.

I thought that the overall course was run professionally, to a high standard and with instructors who clearly had years of experience in the industry. The instructors delivered teaching well and were happy to make sure that everyone understood what was being taught. My favourite part of the course was the driving day. The driving instructors gave clear and easy to understand teachings for each lesson and I gained a lot of confidence and understanding that day in advanced driving.

Training was in depth and well provided, instructors were good at getting the information across during lessons and operations.

Great knowledge by the tutors and information that was given and real life experience and what it takes to be a CPO

The course was okay but I felt it was a very brief course, a lot of work though so if you do the course as I imagine others are the same be prepared for the mental aspect, but I look forward to opportunity’s it may bring.

The instructors maintain a professional approach to teaching, they have clear subject knowledge and are passionate about what they do.

The tutors have been very informative and the overall experience has been very enjoyable and has opened my mind to different avenues and industries.

It’s probably one of the hardest courses I’ve been involved in but what I learned not only essential skills and knowledge but about who I am. The instructors push you to be the best you can be and I will never forget my experience. Thanks guys
